Finn Hudson ended up as the Lima Loser while Rachel Berry went on to become a star. Five years after high school, Rachel returns to find Finn still in Lima. The feelings she had for him haven't faded. Despite the hardships in their lives, she's going to do everything she can to show him that he's amazing.

Free agent Finn Hudson has his sights set on one team: the New York Jets. The team who had his best friend as Quarterback. The team that was closest in location to his family. Everything happened so quickly, they said. One minute Finn was under a car, working at the shop like usual, when a spark or a leak from somewhere caused an explosion. The entire shop was in ruins, and all that was found was a single cigarette lighter. AU

She talks in this outlandish, high pitched voice and she really makes him laugh. He doesn't even know why, she's not even saying anything all that funny and seriously, she's painted green. But there's something about this girl...

Kurt has taken it upon himself to assign Finn Hudson as her bodyguard—the last thing Rachel needs is to feel some undeniable attraction to him. AU Finchel

He was her stepsister's ex-boyfriend. She shouldn't want him like this. He shouldn't want her. But they couldn't help it. Rachel Berry and Finn Hudson were falling in love.

She's just returning his umbrella. That's what you do when a person loans you something. You return them. But as a general rule, the exchange doesn't always happen in the middle of the rain when one of the party is soaking wet and miserable. Finchel AU

July 2012: Rachel and Finn are going to NY in the fall. But when an accident robs Finn of all memory since the start of sophomore year, he finds that he has a fiancee, extended family and life that he doesn't know and initially doesn't want to. With Finn's life so different and so much forgotten, how can he find his way back to Rachel?

"Sure he likes me now, he likes the way I talk, he likes the way I sing, he likes spending time with me, but what happens when his sight comes back? What if he sees me for the first time and doesn't like what he sees?" A/U

There was always this something between them, this special connection we could never touch. Something precious. Something beyond words. These are the moments I remember, the story of two lovers who just happen to be my parents.
