![]() Queen Alice of Underland: sorry my profile is a little jumbled. I don't know why but all my functions don't work including the 'insert horizontal line.' Since I've signed up it hasn't worked. “How's *this* for muchness?” Well I suppose I should introduce myself. You can call me Alice or QA. I like to keep my real name to myself. I have a simply adore Alice in Wonderland and always have, Tim Burton's adaptation only strengthen my love for it. I'm a reader, not a writer. I just don't possess the talent to write so I simply don't. There are enough bad stories clogging the internet as I type. Below I will list my thoughts on certain pairings. This is simply my opinion and I do not wish to upset or offend anyone. Whether you agree or disagree with me it doesn't effect the chances of the two of us being friends. So don't think I'm crazy supportive or crazy hate filled over pairings. The Pairings I like the most Tarrant/OC (Alice in Wonderland, 2010) Tarrant, to me, is by far best paired with a good OC. Not a Mary Sue but a person who could compliment him nicely. I love him very much (as unreal as he may be) and only can imagine the best for him, be it a Underlander or an Overlander. If you know any good stories involving Tarrant and a good OC let me know! As vague as it may be this is probably my OTP. Sadly this may be one of the more elusive pairings. Stayne/Iracebeth (Alice in Wonderland, 2010) One-sided or reciprocated this is an intense and complex pairings with a lot of different aspects attached to it. There is so much that can be done with this, I just wish more people would take the time to realize it. Stayne/Alice (Alice in Wonderland, 2010) I'm not saying that it would work as presented in the movie, I'm just saying I find the idea fascinating and complicated. Not all writers could pull it off I'm sure but the ones that can create a amazing read! Stayne/Mirana (Alice in Wonderland, 2010) Pretty much the same as the above. If only this had more supporters. Erik/Christine (Phantom of the Opera) I like to avoid one-sided of this pairing. I much prefer reciprocated. Hook/Wendy (Peter Pan) I'm not sure why but I love this pairing. It has something incredibly dark and alluring about it. The Pairings that I occasionally read Stayne/Tarrant (Alice in Wonderland, 2010) It's and interesting thought, and interesting slightly attractive thought. Tarrant/Mirana (Alice in Wonderland, 2010) I think this could work out both in fandom and in film. Its cute too. The Pairings I don't really care for Tarrant/Iracebeth (Alice in Wonderland, 2010) I just don't see, in my eyes at least, were this one makes much sense. Granted sense has never stopped me from liking pairings its just this one in particular doesn't make sense nor does it appeal to me in any other fashion. It has no saving grace for me to get behind it I'm afraid. Peter/Wendy (Peter Pan) I think it's obvious Wendy was past Pan before she even returned home. Peter wanted to remain a child and Wendy didn't realize it but she wanted to grow up and become an adult which is the reason she eventually left her fantasy world for reality. Raoul/Christine (Phantom of the Opera) No...just, no. Never ever will like this, won't even read it if the author is great. That's just my prerogative. I can just find no joy in it. I'll repeat this once more because thats just how much I love fanfiction, if you know a story you think I might like, be it your own or by someone else please send me a link. There is nothing I appreciate more than a good story. I could sit and read them all day lone and during my free days I do try to. |
