 I am new to fanfiction.com, but am thinking of posting a story or two. The story I am currently working on is a Star Trek: Enterprise. Unfortunatly, my muse has been interested in others, so my story is on hiatus. I have very many favorite characters; yes, I know. Favorite means just one, but my favorite changes as often as hourly. A short list (always being added to) is below. The ones on top are my current favorites, but they can change hourly. Part of the sway is when I watch the show/movie/book the character is in. I absolutely LOVE Erik from Phantom of the Opera. I can rant for HOURS about Christine and her betrayal of Erik. I think I have a fairly interesting way of coming up with my OC characters. None of them are a self inserts. My favorite way is to take my favorite character(normally male) from the show/movie/book I am watching/reading, and base my OC around them. So I really have a variety, but they do tend to resemble each other because they all have a reflectance on me. I have a bad habit of starting a story, and then pausing for an unknown length of time. I really work on whatever story my little hummingbird muse sends me to, I'm trying to build up to the end(or current episode) of a story/series before posting it. I love suggestions, and comments make my day. Oh, PM's do to. Mostly I like to read a lot of other people's stories. I find the OC's they create to be fascinating. They also give me ideas for my characters. |
