Official Warning: Some of my works (I'll let you guess which ones) dive headfirst into the territory of fucked up beyond all reason, mostly by way of extreme violence or brother-brother incest. If you don't like that sort of thing, then later, have fun reading someone else's stories.

Do I have a slight obsession with Sirius and Regulus Black? Yes. Can it be helped? No. So why not indulge it?

Commission FAQ

Q: How long do commissions take?
A: That depends on several factors, but usually a week or two at most. I'm pretty fast once I get going.

Q: What do commissions cost?
A: I don't charge anything for my writing, but I do accept tips on Kofi.

Q: What are the length requirements?
A: As short or long as you like, though the longer the story, the more time it takes to write.

Q: What fandoms do you write in?
A: Harry Potter is my universe of choice, but I'll dive into just about anything.

Q: You're a slash writer, aren't you?
A: Guilty. 99 percent of what I write is slash, but I can restrain myself if a non-sexy request comes up.

Q: What about smut?
A: Bring it on.

Q: What won't you write?
A: There are only a few things that are no-go's for me.
1. Nothing wildly underage. Everyone involved needs to at least be in their teens.
2. Violence is okay, but I won't include anything too outlandishly gruesome, particularly in combination with sex.
3. Scat/waterplay/etc. is usually a no.

Q: PWP: yes or no?
A: Yes, but plot has a habit of sneaking into just about everything I write...

Q: Do Regulus Black requests get moved to the top of the queue?
A: I'm really that transparent, aren't I?

Out of the Dead Land: (in progress) "House of Night" The call comes for Zoey Redbird. Aaaaand so I continue my vain attempts to cover up my Sirius/Regulus obsession with a few, random stories in other fandoms.

Audentes Fortuna Iuvat:(in progress) "Harry Potter" A very long story spanning the better part of a decade and focusing mainly on Regulus Black, his brother, and the students closest to them. Starts off rather humorous, becomes somewhat somber and serious, but ends sweetly. Twelve chapters up. Not going to be done for a long time, but I'm getting to it. Title (Fortune Favors the Bold) credit to Vergil. Note: This one's a personal favorite.

City in Rest:(need to edit it) "Devil May Cry" An exercise in recreating an extremely old legend. Features Vergil, Trish, Dante, and Lady, in that order. I have no idea what sort of audience I meant this to appeal to. Is anyone even familiar with Ys?

House Arrest: (in progress) "Harry Potter" Sirius is given three (later four) prisoners to hold in Grimmauld Place when Azkaban is out of space. Post second wizarding war. Oh, yes, and one of them just happens to be his traumatized younger brother. Told in very short excerpts, so you get to fill in the missing scenes for yourself. Inappropriate Sirius/Regulus of the "Unable are the Loved to Die" variety.

Insufficient Memory Space: (in progress) "Silent Hill" One-shot. Alex and Josh, there's too much time and too few words. I will post this as soon as I relocate the second half which appears to be playing hide and seek on my hard drive.

An Eternity of Compromise: (in progress) "Harry Potter" This is the reworked version of "Unable are the Loved to Die" which sort of became it's own thing. I'm not sure it's even tangentially related to its source material anymore. The focus is still Sirius/Regulus, but with a large side helping of Rodolphus/Rabastan and Narcissa/Bellatrix as well as various combinations thereof...so...bonus?

Fourteen Breaths and Counting: (complete) "Uraboku" Here you stop. You will walk no further, Luka, until he explains himself to you, and carefully informs you just how miserably you've failed your beloved's one true test. Luka/Yuki (Sort of almost heterosexual...a little bit...?) I'm trying really hard to keep up with this series, but I've been made aware that the United States is like four volumes behind Japan so who knows how accurate the details are in this one...

Guardado en la Memoria: (complete but unedited) "Harry Potter" SiriusRegulus. For once in my life not slash. Also written in Spanish...like, very bad Spanish. My apologies to all of Latin America and, like, Spain...

Of Those We Envy: (in progress) "Harry Potter" James and Sirius are just too perfect together, and Regulus only ever gets in the way. Why, then, does Sirius insist on keeping him around? Slant: (in progress) "Harry Potter" Sirius Black has a perfect life. He graduated from Slytherin house with honors, he’s married to the perfect pureblood woman, and he fulfills a respected career as the Dark Lord’s ministry liaison. Yet he can’t help but glance back sometimes at the brother he hardly speaks to anymore. Regulus never did quite live up to their family’s impressive expectations; but when Sirius’s life comes crashing down violently around him, the seventeen year-old psychopath he thought he’d rather forget may end up being all he has left. This one's a Sirius/Regulus. Bet nobody saw that coming, eh? Eh? Title Credit (sort of) to Emily Dickinson (again...it seems she keeps turning up in all of my Sirius/Regulus things...) 25th Christmas: (complete) "Harry Potter" Holiday fic request for a good friend of mine that conveniently falls right into my deranged wheelhouse. When Sirius returns to Grimmauld Place for Christmas one year, he finds that the animosity between him and his cousin Rodolphus has hit critical mass, and Rodolphus knows exactly how he wants to make the precious little Black heir suffer. Rodolphus/Rabastan, Sirius/Regulus.

All Hearts: (complete) "Harry Potter" A fic request for deathofshadows that I sort of copped out on. Like with Ruin, there is a...shall we say slightly more graphic version locked away in a secret folder on my hard drive. That original version was like 18,000 words, though! And nobody wants to read that much, lol. Full title:"and all hearts Were chill'd into a selfish prayer for light" (title credit to Lord Byron).

The Art of Reconstruction: (FINALLY COMPLETE) "Harry Potter" Story for a friend of mine. Basically an account of Sirius trying to rebuild his brother from the ground up to varying degrees of success. The whole thing's not too long overall, and is pretty inconsequential, I guess, unless you obsess over Regulus like I do and want desperately to see his life unfold a little differently.Title credit to...wait, holy shit, I think this one's actually mine...

And He Dances, And He Yells: "Harry Potter" (complete) Shameless self-indulgence of the James/Regulus kind. Basically Sirius meddles with his brother's love life to disastrous results. Very short one-shot. (title credit to Edgar Allen Poe)

Crateva Religiosa: (complete) "Harry Potter" Birthday present for r. b. fanfic. The Blacks have never been strangers to that darker magic which controls the mind. Terrified that he might lose his brother, Sirius takes a leaf out of his father's book...or should I say he takes a flower?

And all the dead lie down (I felt siroccos crawl): (complete) "Harry Potter" Request for mangoarcher1802. I forget what the actual request was, I just heard "Regulus Black" and started writing. Sirius finds himself in the position to resurrect one person, and runs into some problems when he makes his choice. First two chapters are a complete story. All chapters after that are self-indulgence on my part.

For Love Reforms Vitality: (complete) "Harry Potter" This is a poem because yes I am the sort of person who writes poetry, okay? Also it's a Sirius/Regulus...thing...because that's pretty much all I know. And better yet, it's a sestina! That's right, the poem has an actual structure! Aren't you just dying to read it now? Title Credit is owed to Emily Dickinson. 'For love reforms vitality' is a quote from the same poem as 'unable are the loved to die'.

My Soul From Out That Shadow: (complete with a sequel in the works) "Harry Potter" Full quote: "My soul from out that shadow that lies floating on the floor." One of the darker ones. Sirius has a dark obsession with his brother and the determination to see it through. I've had several requests for a sequel so, unnecessary as it is, I'm writing one.

Not Knowing When the Dawn Will Come: (complete) "Harry Potter" Full quote: "Not knowing when the dawn will come, I open every door." -Emily Dickinson. Regulus/Barty and ??/?? (I'm sure it's such a mystery what the second pairing is) This one is a gift for my wonderful friend, r.b. fanfic, who writes in French and English.

Paille Maille: (complete) "Harry Potter" Once, a really long time ago, Sirius and Regulus got lost in their uncle's estate. This is a 2-shot (is that even a thing?)

The Paean of the Bells: (complete) "Avatar: TLA" A disturbing Ozai/Zuko piece written for an LJ kink meme a long time ago. I was recently asked by a couple people who read it back in the day to repost it over here. Sooo...you're welcome?

Ruin: (complete) "Harry Potter" I can now cross write homosexual incestuous necrophilia off of my bucket list. Hooray? (Three guesses as to the main pairing of this one) There are two versions of this fic. Those Drawn Together: (in progress) "Harry Potter" Full title: "Those drawn together by destiny and their cursed blood, raise the curtain once again on madness, love, and hate." -Kaori Yuki. Sci-Fi AU. The world is overrun with bizarre monsters from the deepest trenches. The Blacks stand at the vanguard of what little resistance is left, and Sirius, as usual, can't be bothered to take much seriously. And then there is the matter of his body double, a boy who bears him a striking resemblance. When Sirius gives his family the slip on a cold, Christmas Eve, an information-soaked dagger sends him headlong into the adventure he's so badly craved.

Unable Are the Loved to Die: (complete) "Harry Potter" Ancient story moved over from my LJ; if you read it, don't take it too seriously. The focus is on Sirius/Regulus (that's right, you saw the backslash) and I'm not sure there are words to describe it. This was the first Sirius/Regulus slash I tried my hand at writing, and thus it has a special, perverted place in my heart. Title credit to Emily Dickinson. Dislikes: Short chapters, canon, people writing for the audience and not themselves, flames (sometimes I laugh too hard when I get them and I injure my laughing muscles), censored stories, authors' notes in mid-chapter, first person narratives (I guess sometimes they work...) Original Characters, gender benders (nothing wrong with them, they're just not my thing usually), people holding stories hostage for reviews, inexcusably poor grammar, overuse of bizarre formatting (youhadbetter[have]someREALLYdeepshitgoingontoBEallowed--to/write/*thisway), polls, dead Regulus (why does no one let him live?!).
