I have been tutoring South Bay Area for over 30 years. When I was a kid, I had to move schools every few years. With each move came struggle. I struggled with with the curriculum changes and soon lost confidence. As my confidence dropped, so did my grades and reading and math skills. I was even labeled at one school as having learning difficulties but I did not. I did not find school easy or fun until I met a teacher in college who taught me how to learn how to learn.
