![]() Author has written 3 stories for Star Wars. CURRENT PROJECT: LATEST CHAPTER POSTING: August 30, 2019 Links to Book One: Love’s Stars and Book Two: Dark Stars below AUTHOR’S MUSINGS: The truth: I don’t know ”the right way” to write - I‘ve never taken a class or written stories for fun. But I love the magical moments when I can suspend disbelief because a movie, or book, or piece of music captures my imagination. With Fan Fiction, I like the idea that the story doesn’t have to end if we don’t want it to end. Speaking mostly of the characters I create... I can't make myself write something I know they wouldn't do - things that you, the reader, know they wouldn't do. Maybe that is why I have delayed posting the final chapters of The Stars Trilogy for so long (Book #3: Eternal Stars). Committing to characters’ fates (be they wonderful or tragic) is harder than I realized it would be. I want them to head one way, but they are hell bent on going another. There are some action packed moments, victories to celebrate, and happy endings. But the choices I know several have to make are not the kind that lead people "home" - be that a physical place or into the arms of the ones they love. Thank you so much to the people who have messaged or posted comments. If there's one thing better than traveling to that "Galaxy far, far away", it is having a few other crazy fans along for the trip! C.R. Marks |
