Well um hi there, I guess if you're reading this you want to know a bit about me.

Well my name is Belgium. I am a Cutter, we are a group of superfreaks created by the Specials. I live hidden in the wild staying icy by cutting. I protect the city and try to bring down the smoke, I don't want to hurt you but I will if I have too, because this is a Special Circumstance.

Actually this isn't my reality, my reality is actually pretty messed up and sucks, this is one of the many lives I live in my head and the life story I chose to live out online. So this is how you will all know me.
