The About Meeeee!

Hi, I'm Leigh! I'm a 19-year-old Scorpio college student studying English Literature and Creative Writing :p My dream is to be a storyboard writer for gaming companies and anime (FUNimation, Square Enix, Bethesda and the like). I have a little ragdoll kitteh named Sansa Stark. I'm a junior in college.

I dabble in the skill of hula hooping; there are so many skills out there to learn, so I'm never bored! Plus it is a fun way to exercise, otherwise I would totally just sit on the couch and watch anime all day. Speaking of anime, some of my favorites are Clannad, Guilty Crown, Vampire Knight, Neon Genesis: Evangelion, Elfen Lied, and Blue Exorcist. I am an avid cosplayer - I've done Khaleesi from Game of Thrones, Fuko from Clannad, Vanille from Final Fantasy 13, Sakura from Naruto: Shippuden, and Tauriel from the Hobbit. Right now I'm working on Asuka from Evangelion, Inori from Guilty Crown, and Azula from A:TLA and Sylvanas Windrunner form World of Warcraft.

I am currently working on an original manga series, so I probably will post the storyline or scenes from it on here to get some feedback! I'm not sure if I can post images on here (I guess that's what Deviantart is for), but I do love doing character sketches. Creating characters is one of my most favorite past times!

That was a lot of information just now, but I feel like I just bared the essence of myself and it was quite fun .

I am a new member to this site, so I'm still learning the ropes but I share a passion for reading and writing, like all of you!

My "specialty" (if that's the right word??) is fantasy writing - soo think Game of Thrones, Skyrim, LOTR, Dragon Age, etc... That is my favorite genre but I do love to explore and venture out into other genres I'm unfamiliar with!

I've always been nervous about sharing my work with other people, but I am really excited about this site. I'm working on a Zutara fic from Avatar: TLA right now, but be forewarned, I am the slowest writer ever! It's something I need to work on... Deadlines are not my friends, so I fear I will never complete anything D: Perfectionism kills me as well, so hopefully one day I'll like something well enough to actually put it out there hahah. But that's why I decided to make an account here! Motivate myself and make myself take a chance and see what I can do :)

Anyway, I hope you enjoy what I've done and I really love (and NEED) criticism/advice/tips/any words of help!

I can't get better if I don't know what I'm doing right or wrong and I trust your ability to help a sista out.
