I'm not very good with this describing myself thing. Go figure, right? A writer that can't write about himself. Yeah, that's right, I'm a guy, and no I'm not gay. It is possible to be a Harry Potter fan, and straight, and write fan fiction. Not that I have anything against gay guys, no prejudice there.

I was born and raised in Arizona, in fact, I still live in the same house that I was brought home from the hospital in. Quite boring in that respect, and a little pathetic, considering I still live with my parents, and I'm... well, beginning to feel old. Not 'balding and getting fat' old, just 'maybe I should have my own pad' old.

My pen name Merox, which is not short for Mercaptan Oxidation, it's actually a little bit of an acronym, and an opinion. Surprisingly, it has nothing to do with Harry Potter, my drug of choice. It's M. E. rocks... but I pronounce it Mare - Icks.
