![]() Author has written 2 stories for South of Nowhere. A few things about me. Hmm, well friends seem to think I'm an old school rebel. Whatever that means. Haha. I'm 18 with dark brown hair and hazel eyes, which change color according to my mood. I'm constantly doing something different with my hair. Right now its dark brown with red highlights. I'm extremely outgoing. I always speak my mind. I LOVE music. Listening to music or playing it, doesn't matter as long as it's music. The only type of music I don't like is screamo and music all about "bitches and hoes". Not a big fan with all the cursing and vulgarity. It's not what music's about. I'm quite old fashioned having been raised on my grandfathers ranch. I love to ride horses. It feels amazing to be one with such a beautiful creature. I'm a big animal lover. I'm afraid of spiders but do not wish harm unto them. It's quite humorous really. I'm also afraid of clowns they scare the hell out of me. I am a vegetarian and I'm majoring in psychology. I have two brothers and one sister all who I love dearly. My favorite weather is cloudy and rainy. I love thunder storms. Snow is cold and icky. I moved a lot growing up but my favorite place to live has to be Oregon. It's so green and beautiful. Well that's all I can think of for now. "Do all men kill the things they do not love?" "You see things; and you say, 'Why?' But I dream things that never were; and I say, 'Why not?'" "Don't walk behind me; I may not lead. Don't walk in front of me; I may not follow. Just walk beside me and be my friend." "You know you're in love when you can't fall asleep because reality is finally better than your dreams." "You only live once, but if you do it right, once is enough" "Women are like teabags; you never know how strong they are until they're put them in hot water." "A friend will help you when you fall, a best friend will laugh and trip you again." "I'm the type that runs into chairs and apologizes." One bright day in the middle of the night, two dead boys got up to fight. This is one of the saddest and greatest poems I have ever read. A Sad Poem- Jenny and the Car Crash Jenny was so happy about the house they had found How wonderful it was to have her own room On the first day of school, everything went great To be known in this school you had to have a clout “Well I just won’t tell them the entire truth Excited, she got ready for the big event Well the pizza was good and the party was great Then the room filled with smoke and Jeff took a puff They jumped in the car for the moonlight ride A pass is not what Jenny wanted at all With all of her might she pushed him away As Jeff drove in a fit of wild anger “Just let me get home! I’ll confess that I lied. She doesn’t remember the force of the impact The voices she heard… a few words at best She awoke in a hospital to faces so sad “Jenny, we’ve done all that we can do “ God, forgive me for what I have done. “Tell mom and dad I’m sorry I lied She took Jenny’s hand with tears in her eyes She looked at the man with eyes oh so sad By- Anonymous Another sad but great story. Love Means A girl and a guy were speeding over 100 mph on the road on a motorcycle... Girl: Slow down. I'm scared. Guy: No this is fun. Girl: No it's not. Please, it's too scary! Guy: Then tell me you love me. Girl: Fine, I love you. Slow Down! Guy: Now give me a BIG hug. (Girl hugs him.) Guy: Can you take my helmet off and put it on yourself? It's bugging me. (In the paper the next day): A motorcycle had crashed into a building because of brake failure. Two people were on it, but only one survived. The truth is halfway down the road the guy realized his brakes broke, but he didn't want to let the girl know. Instead, he had her say she loved him and felt her hug one last time, then had her wear his helmet so that she would live even though it meant that he would die. By- Anonymous |
