Author has written 1 story for Chronicles of Narnia. I'm 21, with an amazingly sarcastic humor, a procrastination problem, and an obsession with fanfiction. Oh, and a tendency to write when most people would be sleeping. But for those interested: My favorite books include all of CS Lewis's masterpieces known as The Chronicles of Narnia; Macbeth; Beowulf; Catcher in the Rye; The Rookie; all the Harry Potters (JK Rowling is brilliant); To Kill a Mockingbird...and actually the list is quite extensive b/c I'm totally obsessed with reading. But those are a few. My favorite TV shows (and as a college student - my schedule of course revolves around TV) are CSI (Las Vegas); Without a Trace; One Tree Hill; Grey's Anatomy; Las Vegas. Grey's is my obsession at the moment because I mean, come on...McDreamy, McSteamy, and McVet? Hello:) As far as my writings go, I sadly only have one piece up. I was totally inept in my attempt to put up ANYTHING after school ended during the summer that I had previously mentioned because it has now been an entire year since that declaration and I now have another whole summer before me. Hopefully I do get pen to paper eventually but after a year in two English classes and a journalism writing lab...I'm kind of sick of typing :) but we shall see... (oh and I recommend to every other college person out there...don't ever take 3 writing classes at once...it'll drive you crazy!) Apparently, I spend a large amount of my time on the edge of my seat...haha! I found this out while reading some of the reviews I've posted in the past...and a lot of them include some mention of me being on the edge of my seat. So, just an observation I felt the need to share with all of you... : ) I truly hope you will check out my favorites lists because there are some AMAZING stories on there...all of which captivate my attention for more than a little while which in and of itself is worthy of remark. Elektrum's stories are a must read for any Narnian fan, especially if you prefer canon based stories...she literally captures the essence of the characters personalities and can seriously make Edmund into, well Edmund; as well as Peter and the others. You'll understand after you read them. Into the West and They Also Serve are some of my favorite stories ever, in and out of the fiction realm, and if you haven't read them, you really are missing out. So...go read! You won't be disappointed! And one last comment...I promise...was anyone else as upset as I was with Peter's pompous character in the movie version of Prince Caspian? Don't get me wrong, great movie, and I get that it was an added plot angst whatev, but it really annoyed me because Peter is far more noble than that. |
