"Of course it's all in your head Harry, but why on Earth should that mean it isn't real?" ~ Albus Dumbledore Ever since I read that sentence in the Deathly Hallows, I have written more than ever. My earliest works date back to my days as a 6 year old. I wrote fanfiction without even knowing what it was: The Power Puff Girls, Rugrats, and dogs were what inspired me. Then came along Lord of the Rings and Harry Potter. Oh how my life changed, and my writing. In my mind I lived in both worlds (I still do from time to time). I was a Hobbit in Middle Earth and a Slytherin at Hogwarts. My passion for writing (and drawing, but crappily) grew to new heights with those stories. I look back and them and snicker at the Mary-Sue in every story. I definitely think that I have improved greatly on that. Currently I have 3 work-in-progress fanfiction tales just waiting to be shared with the world (aka the Internet). It's rather scary to be honest. The variation of skill and taste is overwhelming, but I see it as good practice if I want to publish books when I am older. That is probably why I am really taking my time with these stories!
