This is an attempt to explain where Sigyn was. At one point in Thor: The Dark World, Odin comments that Frigga was the only reason Loki was still alive. If Sigyn is such a loyal wife, then where was she, and why wasn't she present during his trial on Asgard? Surely she would have stood up for him and begged for a softer punishment than death alongside Frigga.
