The name's Archangel. ArchangelRaphael. Don't forget it.

I prefer to refer to myself as a "pensman", instead of a "swordsman", using words instead of violence most of the time. My originality leaves somewhat to be desired, but I try to place SOME originality in every piece I do. I'm a devoted video game nut, playing as many as I can, I read at a university level in Grade One, so I immensely enjoy books...and I'm also an arrogant, smug bastard, because I am That. Damn. Good. smiles

Regarding my name, I find the concept of an Archangel to be most pleasing, watching us and guiding us from on high, and Raphael is one of my favourite artists. I consider myself a writing artist, and the fact that an archangel is also named Raphael is a bonus. My favorite foods are anything Italian, Mexican, and Japanese, and I also enjoy a good burger once in a while (ramen is my uber-food, though). I play World of Warcraft a lot, when I'm not planning to take over the planet (though my current world domination plan is to take over Blizzard, then hypnotize the millions of WoW players worldwide and force them to help me in my bid for world domination. So far progress has been slow, however.)

I enjoy watching wrestling sometimes, and am a major anime-nut, enjoying numerous Japanese programs (ramenramenramenramen) such as:

Full Metal Alchemist, Case Closed, Inu-Yasha, Bible Black (late at night when I'm REALLY bored), Bleach, One Piece (Arr!), GetBackers, Shaman King (Ommmm...), Ranma 1/2, and so on.

My favorite anime movies include Ninja Scroll, Akira, Samurai Jack: The Movie (before you kill me, check online, it IS considered Anime), etc. I follow a lot of mainstream anime, with some other, lesser known pieces. Interestingly enough, I'm currently involved in writing the storyline for an anime comic my friends are trying to put out (may be seen on shelves in the next ten years or so...).

Umm...what else needs to be said...I'm a proud Canadian, think America can kiss my plump canuck posterior, love Japanese culture, the only alcohol I ever drink is either sake (Best. Liquor. Evah.) and Russian Vodka (the real stuff, imported, not that Smirnoff crap). Quite a few of my best written works were done when I was completely sozzled, so...
