I'm 17 and I love reading, creative writing, films, TV Dramas (at the moment I am obsessed with Merlin), and I play the violin and flute.

My family HATE reading and if I write a story, they just go 'It's three pages, how am I meant to read all that!' I joined so people can read my stories-so I live for reviews.

Favourite books: right now I like The Book Thief, The Knife of Never Letting Go, Harry Potter, Noughts and Crosses, Artemus Fowl, Twilight, A Fraction of the Whole...there are lots more but I can't think of them right now.

Favourite films: Singing in the Rain, Goodbye Lenin, Harry Potter, Bruce Almighty, Stardust...

What else...I'm quite political-I grew up with my mum shaking her fist at the TV whenever a tory comes on, and one of my friends does politics. Whenever anyone wants to annoy my mum, they just say 'I'm going to vote tory when I'm older,' and she starts ranting at them.

I don't mind any criticism-as long as it is constructive. I write so I can become a better writer, so it is useful to see comments telling me how to improve. I hope you like my writing!
