Gizelle LeAnna

Living on the West Coast of Canada where she constantly tends to the every need of her little black pomeranian Cubby, Gizelle some day wishes to reside near the ocean, where she will have fallen in love with the water and learn to surf. Currently, she attends an alternate school, and plans on studying to become either an Autopsy Technician, an Astronomer, a Seismologist, or an Archivist. Loathing homework, she really does hope to finish school... soon.

A vegetarian since the spring of 2008 and now a rabid vegan, LeAnna also enjoys avidly recycling, vegan cooking; including baking, making soup and sauteing. Somehow, she has had no success finding even a part-time job, and therefor often volunteers. Her favorite places to volunteer so far have been the SPCA and BBBS.

Keeping a notebook, she trys to write stories but isn't very good at it, and usually looses interest. She also likes so paint, enjoying abstract and scenic paintings the most. Her favorite subjects to draw are people and animals. Gizelle's favorite books include White Oleander, The Catcher in the Rye, Memoirs of a Geisha, Better than Running at Night, The Hobbit, The Road, and The Shining. Favorite Authors include Stephen King, J.R.R. Tolken, and Cormac McCarthy. As she often likes watching live theatre, she would never dare to get up on stage, because if she did, she would probably just make a fool of herself in her usual tongue-tied way.

Gizelle practically worships the Beatles and usually listens to them while drawing. Her favorite is George, and then Ringo, Paul, and John; in that order. Some other of her most worshipped bands include the Ramones, the Sex Pistols and being lulled to sleep by the ambiance that is Pink Floyd. Other favorites consist of; The Clash, Rolling Stones, Beach Boys, Queen, ZZ Top, Elton John, David Bowie, Supertramp, and Boney M. as well as some contemporary bands that mostly consists of just MGMT, The Klaxons, Theset, The Killers, and Fall In Archaea.

With her favorite movies being Detroit Rock City, Wayne's World, The Darjeeling Limited, Midnight Meat Train, Martin, Halloween, and Night of the Living Dead, Gizelle often spends an enormous amount of time watching movies. Her favorite Directors are John Carpenter, George A. Romero, and Wes Anderson. Gizelle's favorite Actors are Adrien Brody and Keanu Reeves. Her most recent obsession is Clive Barker. He is awesome.
