If I were to study the title of this article a week or so ago, I would think this is just nuts. There's a constant controversy with a robust argument for the two sides as to whether or not or not you need carbohydrates. Personally I've usually been an advocate of having substantial carb consumption prior to and following workouts, then closely monitoring them during the relaxation of the day.
