John and Sherlock are reincarnated soul mates, but only John knows and remembers their past lives together

"And what about John Watson?" Sherlock had asked. He had expected a rather dull answer...after all, he had been away. He had not expected to hear that John had spent the past two years in prison. Series 3 AU. Not slash.

Captain John Watson is a soldier in Afghanistan. Sherlock Holmes has just been admitted to a drug rehab facility, assigned to write a letter to an unknown soldier. He doesn't expect to get a letter back from someone as interesting as John. John doesn't expect to get letter from a recovering drug addict. Together they form an unlikely friendship through letters. Johnlock. Part 1.

Post Sign of three: Now that John is married and anticipating a child, Sherlock believes there is no need for John anymore. Or rather, there is no need to put his life in unnecessary danger when he has a family to look out for. Of course when Sherlock himself is in danger, he realises that perhaps you cannot make decisions for others and that maybe he is part of John's family too.

It's a new world, one that will be harder to destroy. Not because it is indestructible, nor because there won't be challenges – oh, there will be (John wouldn't have it any other way) – but because this time John knows, as does Sherlock, that, if handled with care, they allow each other to thrive. They aren't each other's doom. They are each other's greenhouse effect.

Sherlock and John reunite. It is not as easy as they thought it would be... The story is a bit heavy in the beginning but it gets better. Cases, friendship, awkwardness, Johnlock and anything else you might request :) Now complete.

That was until the suicide of his best friend and flatmate Sherlock Holmes. But if he was truly gone then why can John still see him? What happens if he actually comes back? Another Remembrance Day offering, although a little late this year. Remembrance day doesn't go according to plan for John, and this is the second year it happens... Have alterered this story to in-progress because there is likely going to be a chapter every year at this time. Additional warning for adult language in this one.

When John's heat failed to appear three times in a row after he was shot, he figured it was just another broken piece off the broken toy soldier. So he was rather surprised to feel it start out of the blue...and not at all pleased with it starting while he was on the tube. CU: TBB alpha!Sherlock/omega!John.

John has not expected to see Sherlock again. 10 months after his friend's supposed death however, he's called upon by Mycroft because his skills and his person are needed. Consequently, he has to deal with a very ill consulting detective, his not so uncaring brother, Mrs Hudson, some glimpses into the Holmes boys' childhood, a butler, his own feelings and their changing rel.-ship.

Set in my "Conductivity" universe, after the events of "Resistance." A one-shot. John drowns. Sherlock goes after him.

Mary knows Sherlock doesn't like to be touched. She's seen him snarl and snap when his personal space is invaded, but she's also seen him interact with those he's closest to. She watches him with John. Her smile stays with her all day. One-shot.

After a traumatic incident, Sherlock becomes trapped in the darkest part of his Mind Palace. The only thing that can still reach him is John's voice.

Being a doctor has its advantages. He knows how to put people back together, and he knows how to take them apart. 221B is forced into a hostage situation, and John seems to be the only one who has the power to get them out of it. Includes BAMF John, protective Sherlock, and several unfortunate criminals who mess with the wrong army doctor. No slash.

One-shot. Texts and phone calls only. John got wrapped in a hostage-taking and gets to communicate with Sherlock in order to solve the situation. (yup, my summary sucks.) Rated for (very little) mild language and alusion to violence. Please review )

Written for a prompt. When a severe head injury lands John in a coma, somehow he ends up in Sherlock's mind palace. It's actually pretty nice there, and John is entertaining the notion of staying there, rather than returning to his broken body. But Sherlock isn't taking it as well, and John can feel him breaking around him. Five parts.

When Sherlock goes undercover as Mycroft and John as a business partner at a resort things get completely out of hand. And is Sherlock keeping a secret about the case? Rate T beause I'm paranoid. Previously: The Case of the Disappearing Doctor.

Sherlock's missing. It's a barbarous night to be out in the cold. Fortunately for Sherlock, John goes searching anyway. This story contains the aftermath of violence and medical drama.

John's past comes back to bite him, quite literally, Sherlock would like to know exactly who is doing the biting, and Moriarty doesn't quite understand that if you want to live, you don't mess with them. A follow up/side story to Moon Song, rated T for non-graphic dark themes and Moriarty.

Poor kidnappers. Kidnapping John Watson is like pulling on a thread tied to all sorts of crazy. It's enough to make a bloke get a job and go straight.

Doctor Watson is gunned down in a dark alley after work, Sherlock wont rest until he finds the man responsible. Guilt riddles him when he realizes he could have prevented this.

Sequel to 'Don't Touch Me'. The 'verse were John's telepath. After defeating Moriarty, John returns from the dead to a broken Sherlock. What is in store for them? Why hurt and comfort of course. With appearances from Mystrade and a new Sergeant that may or may not be a critical piece to John's gift, as well as an old enemy that may disrupt everything John has worked so hard to fix.

Sherlock receives a text giving him 36 hours to act - 48 hours later a truly horrifying story starts to unfold. Dedicated to Puggle. Rated T
