Yes, I am still alive. Yes, I am aware it has been a long time and I have not updated. I'm aware of a lot of things actually. But we've all been busy, dealing with change and life, you know how it is. So I'm just going with the flow and doing what I can. I hope I can entertain you along the way ;)

Me, Myself, and I

A lot has changed about me, and yet, not a lot at the same time. I'm not going to waffle on about all the Inuyasha things I own and my life story, because that's stuff you'd have to personally ask me about. But I will say a few things:

What I love is still and always will what I spend my time obsessing over. I have decided to dedicate my life to these treasure in my life; anime, manga (and everything in that universe or associated with it), reading and writing. I do things more spontaneously and extremely now. I've skydived on a complete whim (30 minute decision, booyah!) and just done so much that I am fortunate (and grateful) to have had the possibility to even be presented to me.

I'm all about deep things, and think perhaps a little too much for my own sanity. But no one is perfect. I try to be a good human being, but fail a lot more due to my many imperfections, which I am proud of no matter what. No matter what though, I am there for my friends and for people in need. And I'm always there to chat to, so give me a bell if you ever feel like it. I don't bite :)

My Stories

New Year Necessities: Complete. So, my first posted fic, eh? It definitely wasn’t what I expected, but I’ll admit the response was mind-blowing! I’m flattered and touched by the response. Thank you! It’s all very much appreciated, and inspires me to write and post more of my work! This was actually something written on the spur of the moment, it was, typically enough, New Year’s Eve when I was sitting on my couch, with my parents, watching the traditional countdown of the New Year in Sydney on TV, drinking much soft drink and practically inhaling all the sugar I was devouring, when I thought of the idea. So then, an hour before midnight, I began typing, on my sugar-high, and at around 2am I finished, pretty pleased with my work. Few days later I sent it to a few people for opinions and to proofread it, then eventually I posted this, and voila! Many people have said they liked the kimono I described, and I thank you for that, it’s one I dreamt of months before and wanted to incorporate into one of my stories eventually, and I did, so I’m happy.

Teaching a Half Dog-Demon New Tricks: Still in progress. My first series, and one I am very proud of. Basically, it was a random idea I was hit with, and at some point, a few months later, I actually sat down and began to plan it. On one of my school holidays I was able to sit down for most of a week and write the first 6 or 7 chapters. Getting them edited properly takes some time, so you’ll just have to put up with that, but other than that, all is good and I hope many people find some amusement and enjoyment in reading it.

Current Story Status

Teaching a Half Dog-Demon New Tricks:

Chapter 3: 100 per cent complete, 0 per cent edited.

Chapter 7: 35 per cent written.

Personal Update

As of: 24th January 2012

Jeez, three years. 2012 already. Ouch. A lot's happened in my life. I'm now starting university in a number of weeks and I supposed a lot more change is about to kick in again. I'm really feeling like I've been tossed in the air with no stable landing place at the moment so forgive me for vagueness.

No idea when stories will be updated. I haven't given up and ideas are always forthcoming, so there's hope still. We'll just see what the future brings, ne? :D
