Hi, My name is Kassidy, but everybody calls me Katell. I am 21 years old and go to Brandeis University where I am a senior, and majoring in Theatre. I love acting. It is my life, and without it I would be nothing. I am planning to be an actress with a focus in comedy, working with people like Jennifer Anniston, and Zack Braff. I would attempt to classify myself as others do in their profiles, but I am unclassifiable. I like what I like, I wear whatever I feel like in that day, I listen to whatever I am in the mood for, and I just do not fit into any one mold. I am in love with Twlight stories, as well as Gemma Doyle stories. I also like RENT. I used to read in my spare time, but I don't have any of that anymore. I love musical theatre, even though I think I am more interested in film acting than stage acting, but I do go and see every musical and opera that comes my way. My all time favourite is Ragtime. There is just something amazing about taking such a serious subject and making it so musical and wondeful! I love acting a ton, and wouldn't give it up for the world. I am engaged to the most perfect man in the world, and we're getting married as soon as I've graduated. he is my own, personal Edward.

ThingsI Hate:

1) Cliche people. It drives me insane when people act a certain way because that's what they think is expected of them, and in my mind that's what cliche people are doing. Be yourself. Yourself is not going to be a clone of another person, which is how cliches get started.

2) Anything else cliche. Fanfics, movies, books, music, you name it.

3) Meat. I am a vegetarian, and damn proud of it.

4) Spoiled people. Especially when they complain. You shouldn't complain unless you have a damn good reason. If your favourite store at the mall is shutting down, well, whoopee-shit. Like anyone gives a shit. Realize how friggin' priveledged you are, and just shut it.

5) Rap, hip-hop, and pop music. I like Broadway primarily, and then rock. The harder the better, but it had better still have a melody. If the band can't play their instruments, I am not going to listen. If the singer can't stay on pitch, or in one key, I am not going to listen. Music should actually be enjoyable.

Things I Adore:

1) Original people. Anyone who is not afraid to express themselves. I don't care if they are preppies, goths, emos, or just a person. If they aren't afraid to be themselves, I can respect them. Artistic people rock my socks, because they are constantly expressing themselves and their originality.

2) Reading. I own about half as many YA books as my library does, I swear.

4) Acting. Being on stage gives me a rush like no other. If you have done any serious acting, you should understand.

5) Music. I will listen to almost anything (except, obviously, the things on my "Things I Hate" list.). I listen to everything from Showtunes, to Indigo Girls, to Muse, and back again.
