So many to choose, where to start? Lord of the rings has to be on this list, but then again this is in no order. Also Ranger's Apprentice and The Brother-Band Chronicles, I've re-read RA at least three times and counting. The final series rounding out the list is the Ascendance Trilogy, but they're a lot other good books I could put on here.
