Author has written 3 stories for Misc. Plays/Musicals, and Harry Potter.
More updation of a badly written profile!
Are you excited? I sure am!
I'm Laura. I read just about everything, though mostly to make fun of poor grammar and people who can't see character development when it stares them in the face in the books.
Ships I'm For-
Ron/Hermione This is obvious whether you like the pairing a lot or not. I personally am not in love with it, but yeesh, it's painfully obvious. When I started reading fanfics and saw all the H/Hr ones, I thought to myself- are these peple stupid? Turns out a lot of them are...But then again...I'm the one reading it.
Harry/Ginny This one is more "Ginny is the only girl who is an important(somewhat) character and not off-limits, as well as a Gryffindor of appropriate age,"and the characters are cool anyway. And while I have all respect for homosexuals and wish for them full marital rights, I VERY highly doubt any of the HP characters will be.
Draco/No one When will people realize that Draco is NOT, in fact, an eligible bachelor for the entire school? He is one of the better-written characters in the series, and it's blatantly obvious that he's not abused and he's not about to go and date Gryffindors. I don't really care who he ends up with, but none of the 'good' characters.
Gilmore Girls Ships-
Luke/Lorelai This is the single most obvious thing in the world. Fortunately, about 99/100 of the people who watch the show are aware of that. No need to explain.
Now, I dunno about Rory. Tristan is not an option, if for no other reason that Chad Michael Murray has his own show now, Dean was a flat character who got mad and seems like he'd be abusive and really has no personality, and Jess is awesome and Milo Ventimiglia (or something like that-I remember his birthday because it's the same as mine- July 8) is not busy with anything else and he was actually a realistic character who really went with Rory. And now there's Marty, who is so sweet and probably the best option in real life but you can tell that that would never happen. But then we meet Logan, who we should remember is a womanizing jerk...but he is so tempting. Half the time he's perfect, the rest he's perfectly wrong. We'll see what happens. As of Thanksgiving 2004, I'm for Rory with Jess or Logan...more Jess I guess. Though a short thing with Logan would be cool.
#1 Rule of any good story, no matter what media it is-
Characterization is key.
