Author has written 1 story for My Little Pony. Profile: I am a wandering mind. I like creating universes, with their own logical set of rules and laws. That is perhaps why I like math so much, and fiction. In both cases, I can discover new things and explore. I also study programming (I know C and on my way to learning Java) as a hobby and possibly my future career; I do so for the same reason, to create new universes, but interactive ones! If anybody has any cool ideas about what I should write, please PM me. Don't be shy like me, I will receive all PMs with welcome, even if I don't like the idea(s). Some ideas may get refused, but that does not mean I refuse you as a person, I just either don't like the idea or I don't like spending time on that particular idea, because I may have other ideas suggested by other great people. (My profile is In progress) Section on comments: This section is included here to inform any readers of my relationship with commens, along with probably everybody else's, towards comments. I appreciate any useful comments. Bad/useless comments usually just include hating on the story without any particular reason, and do nothing but discourage the writer. However, this is different from constructive criticism, which points out flaws that I (or someone else) might have made, and improves me (and others) as a writer. These are really helpful, and are appreciated a lot. Of course, positive comments warm anybody's heart, but I would prefer honest comments, so please, nobody should just blurt out "This story is awesome" (or something of the sort) if it isn't. The truth is a better guide in the world, and delusions can hurt/kill many. Stories: YAY! I'm writing a story now! Here will be a list of topics and what my status is on writing about them... (fan-fiction writing depends on other works, so my preferences are subject to change/addition. Furthermore, I have not read every single book and watched every single movie, so as I explore the mighty world, I may stumble upon something that is my cup of tea.) Here's my list of writing topics: Written: None yet, but maybe soon... (Any topics on which I have written will go here. Stories from the possible list will move here if and once I have written a fan-fiction based on them.) In Progress: My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic -On the Other Side of Equestria (Any stories which are currently in progress will go here. The format for listing is the name of the topic, then, on the next lines, a dash followed the names of the stories.) Possible: The Lion King Kung Fu Panda The Guardians of Ga'Hoole (usually the books) My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic [Sidenote: Even though the graphics are relatively simple, the story is amazing!] Minecraft (Stories on which I may be pondering will show up here.) Uncertain: (currently none.) (New suggestions will be put here, from comments and PMs.) Refused: (Currently none.) (This list may include stories that either I do not like, or I cannot see a bright fictional extension for [in other words, creativity might be lacking, or there is no "hook", or a point, from which I can write my own story-extension, usually because the story ended so well]) Preferences: Things I like: Philosophy and logic (this includes mathematics) Art (realistic/understandable art, that is, which excludes blotches of paint) Phoenixes! Good (and long) stories [I like some big universes than a lot of small universes, it just becomes quite confusing otherwise.] (In progress) Things I don't like: Boredom (In progress) Things I despise/hate: Swearing (makes people look uncivilized; Do you want to be bad?) Complete fools (fools that like being fools, and therefore will not change, thereby forever worsening the world) Frustration (this quite easily leads to violence and the inability to think, which then further leads to more frustration) (In progress) Random Notes: -A community made up of self-motivated writers and readers seeking adventure is an excellent society, similar to Utopia. We all can benefit: writers imagine amazing stories which readers read for fun, and in the meantime, the readers can comment, either further propelling the art of writing for the writer, or encouraging the writer. In the end, writers become better at writing, and readers enjoy a good time reading. It's a friendly community that we all seek, where prices for efforts do not exist, because the system is simply stabilized by mutually good thoughts and feelings. -As many might have noticed by now, I like organized things, so I am somewhat an OCD person. It really is helpful in some cases, although where it isn't I try to not be. In other words, every situation requires its own level of organization, and I acknowledge that :) -Mathematics is a wonderful subject because it is logical. Humans did not create math, it is an abstract concept (i.e. even in other universes with other laws of physics, math would exist the same way as it does here, the only difference would be the notation and names of stuff). I love math because I can explore it by myself, it is a journey of the mind. |
