I don't really like to type in these things but, hey I'll give it a shot.

My name is Nina and I'm 14 years old (gasp, young, I know). I like to read Phantom of the Opera fan-fics, and I've seen the play twice in New York. I saw it once when I was 11, and once again when I was 14. I also saw the movie, but wasn't too proud about that film, but I love the 1925 Lon Chaney version (I own it, which is totaly awesome).

Favorite Pairings in Phantom of the Opera-

Okay, I admit, I used to be a DIE-HARD Erik/Christine fan. But now I'm sorta against it now. Why? Because after Christine made her decision with staying with Raoul, she leaves Raoul. And the thing that annoys me the most is when authors try to make Raoul an insane 'murderer' after Christine leaves him, and then Raoul tries to 'win' Christine back. Well, can you honestly BLAME him? That's what Erik did when he found out Christine wanted to be with Raoul. It's basically the same thing. So, I'm not a fan of Erik/Christine pairings. Or rather, Christine at all.

Erik/OC - I like that the originality of the other character. Oh, and I hate when authors make the other character a replica of Christine, or when they make the other character another 'great opera singer', just like Christine.

Erik/Meg- I looooove Meg. Even though she is blonde. But hey, she's a lot more confident and courageous, unlike Christine who is always like, 'mehh, I'm naive and I so confuuuused'.

and I can go for some Erik/Raoul. Not a lot of them have great plot, but it's just fun to read.

I was thinking of making my own fan-fiction aswell, soon. It will be an E/OC, but in the beggining, it will be like an E/M (no romance).

You can IM me on AIM (I'm almost always online), at lyketotalyomfg, and yes, the screename is a joke (god, I hate it when people think I'm not joking and think I actually say that. Bitch, please). Or you can e-mail me at lyketotalyomfg@netscape.net
