A Scout's Tale proved to be fun in its mini-post version on GameFAQs, but I made a few errors that would have prevented it from going places, and I wanted to flesh out the storyline more than was possible on a message board. Hence, it's reborn as a full fic.

About me: I don't use a beta, my spelling and grammar are excellent anyway, and I probably won't read any of the feedback I get in anything vaguely resembling a timely manner. Updates will be extremely erratic and no, you can't bribe me with reviews to post them more often; college and my other hobbies eat too much time. If you know an Alternator on another site, it's probably me.

My email is hidden; if you really want to know it, find another way to contact me. There might even be one I'm not aware of within FF.net itself. I'm not a fan of the way this site is set up, but don't know anything better, so I slog through the torments anyway.

A Scout's Tale commentary:

Some of my characters are based upon friends from the AW boards on GameFAQs, hence some of the names will seem initially a bit odd. They'll be much less odd when the characters appear often enough that you can understand what the names reference in-universe. This story does take place in the canon universe, despite some apparent inconsistancies; feel free to post comments about them and you might catch me up with an oversight. Most likely, such as Sturm's early appearance, you'll just have to wait to understand.

The Havoc side of the Force by Tsu Doh Nimh reviews
I have a singularly impressive talent for messing up the plans of very powerful people - both good and evil. Somehow, I'm always just in the right place at exactly the wrong time. What can I say? It's a gift.

Ripples in the Force by Olorin the Maiar reviews
This was turning out to be one of 'those' missions. Truly, Harry should have expected it. He was a Potter. Without fail, every mission eventually turned out to be one of 'those' missions. Some actions send ripples throughout the galaxy as a whole. This is a story of one such event.
