Loki is an Avenger. He's also a bit lonely, unliked in that great mansion. To top it all, he's feeling sick. And then sicker. Not much angst, just sick Loki and kinda helpful Avengers. (Ok, not true anymore. Chapter 2 is a whole lot of undiluted angst) Sick!Loki

After defeating Loki, Thor left earth and his fellow Avengers to bring Loki to Asgard so he would face justice for his crimes. Once he got there, his circumstances had changed, making it difficult to try and convict his criminal brother. For once the light had faded, the adult Loki was gone and a child was in his place. When the Avengers have to take care of a baby Loki, Thanos decides to attack. He's after Loki, but it threatening the earth at the same time. The Avengers and Thor try to protect the planet while taking care of Loki. But will Loki's magic get back under control and let him be himself again? Will he bother to help save the mortals so they'll forgive him? Or will he become Thanos?

In which Thor completely forgets his little brother's birthday, and returns to the palace to find that Loki has spent the day crying in his bedroom. Pre-Thor. Contains mentions self-harm and a potentially lethal amount of angst and brotherly fluff.
