Hey, I'm Lucy Blue.

I 'm English but I have lived in España since forever, and I'm sixteen years old.

I love acting, singing, dancing and performing in general. I'm a member of an amateur theatre company that forms part of my excuses for not updating as often as I should (see below). I also love reading, writing and doodling in my philosophy class. It used to be physics but I finished all sciences last year (woohoo!!). This is where most of my ideas, stories, drawings and fantasies take flight. I love history (only ancient periods like the Egyptians or the Medieval times, anything after the 17th century loses my interest), maths, English, Latin and French (yep, I'm a language girl). I like cold rainy days in winter, snow, snowboarding, big fluffy sweaters, socks, big frothy capuccinos, surfing and windsurfing. I also like chicken fajitas, polar bears, owls, Kermit the frog, blue biro pens, vampires and fluffy anime (Ouran and Marmalade Boy are my faves at the mo!). My favourite bands (at the moment) are Scouting for Girls and Rascal Flatts and my favourite song (again at the moment) is Heartbeat by Scouting For Girls.

I hate biology and physics, frogs (except Kermit), psychotic clowns and false people who pretend to like you and be nice but you can tell they actually hate your guts. That sort of person annoys me (wouldn't it be easier to just say you don't like me? Why waste your time pretending?). I also don't like red meat or really hot & humid weather.

I have a serious clumsiness problem (ie: I trip over a lot of things and have visited the Emergency Room more times than I'd have liked...). My dream is to study performing arts in the UK and make it big in Musical Theatre. My dream parts to play would be Galinda in Wicked, Serena in Fame & Juliet in Gerard Presgurvic's Romeo and Juliet. I'd like to learn Italian, Japanese and Russian, how to play the piano, the drums and the guitar, and how to bake the perfect chocolate chip and walnut cookie.

MY EXCUSES FOR NOT UPDATING! I know I don't update as much as I should but my excuse is that it's my first year in Bachillerato so my marks are actually important next year because they form about 40 percent of my average for Selectividad...it's complicated. Also I've got rehearsals for two shows (Godspell and Rent in case you're interested), plus I've started singing lessons and tennis classes, plus I'm trying to reasearch universities in my spare time...And then there's my social life which (inexplicably) has picked up in the past few months. So...yeah. Sorry!!

-A WITCH, A FROG, AND A FAIRYTALE TWIST: A short one-shot fic I did following an exercise in Gail Carson Levine's Writing Magic: Creating Stories That Fly. (I'll let you figure out which one...) Amber is a very inept witch who turns her friend, the haughty Elizabeth, into...Yep. You guessed it. A frog. Read it and find out what happens next! Based very loosely on the Princess and the Frog.

-THE WEDDING: My vision of Harry and Ginny's wedding day. I made a BIG booboo in my first draft of this including Fred Weasley and Dobby in it...and I fixed the Fred one but completely didn't realise about Dobby. Not an excuse but...it's because it hasn't sunk in that they're gone...(sniff sniff)
