Hi. Oh, I don't think I mentioned it before, but Lord of the Rings is cool, and I tossed up a short story that is really a part of a longer story that I have no time to write. My sister, the esteemed writer of "Nasan" is somewhat displeased with me. Oh well. Honestly, though, the Silmarillion and the Lay of Lethian are probably my two favorite works of all of Tolkien-dom. If I ever figure out how to write a story to those (and have time)I will definitely do so.
So, about that Starfleet Academy story. I named it "A Flight of Fantasy" because SA is where I would go if, say, it existed. I would be in Starfleet quicker than Cathy can say, "Oh, for the love of Pete!" Half of that continuing story is me saying, "Gee, wouldn't it be cool if . . . ."
