I am here primarily because my niece invited me. :-) She has stories here and she knows that I appreciate well-crafted fiction.

My tastes in fan fiction are rather eclectic.

Star Trek, in all its incarnations, definitely catches my attention. (I still keep missing "Enterprise," though... even in reruns on the sci-fi Channel) I used to be somewhat fluent in the Warriors Tongue, and particularly enjoyed translating poetry back and forth. I just haven't kept up with it.

Star Wars catches my attention. You have to plead guilty to not yet seeing episodes one through three, but plans to alter that are in the offing.

Tolkien... yes.

CS Lewis... yes.

Animae/Manga... some. I tend to like the older stuff, preferably in Japanese with subtitles.

I don't know about Sailor Moon. I don't remember ever seeing any...

BOOKS...YES!

Cartoons... it depends. Comics/graphic novels... not so much, although they can be a great way to introduce people to Shakespeare.

Computer games... not all that much. I don't think they have really changed all that much since my Apple II+.

I suppose I enjoy miscellaneous, just as much as any of the other...
