Story Notes

Death Note - Sins of the Father, Under One Roof, Aftermath, Heart of Wax, and Through a Glass, Darkly are companion stories, all sort of weird-shaped pieces of one big puzzle. In the order I started posting them...
-SotF is a chronological story from Roger's POV that covers the timeline of Death Note plus some, focusing mostly on Mello and Near.
-UOR it a patchwork collection of vignettes about the House, its people, and its history, from the perspectives of both canon and noncanon students and staff.
-'Aftermath' (Discontinued) fills in some of the gaps with the SPK in the two weeks or so following Yellow Box. It's got one more chapter on the way, partly written, that has not yet come together for me very well. Expect to see in the next several months?
-HoW (Discontinued) is another patchwork vignette mashup about the House before Mello and Near came along. Focal points are A, BB, and the general development of the place into what it was at the chronological start of UOR and SotF.
-TaGD takes place several years later, as Near is turning forty and trying to deal with his chosen successor.

If you want to inflict them on yourself I'd definitely start with SotF then UOR, but after that order doesn't matter as much.

No, sorry. I lost all my drafts and notes to a computer meltdown several years ago, and I haven't written fic in ages. There's a microscopic chance I might come back to it at some point, but I wouldn't count on it - I've completely lost the thread of where I was going with these and am a lot less active in fandom these days.
