Previo a los acontecimientos de la cuarta temporada, el equipo de Voltron se enfrenta a un nuevo enemigo, uno creado a partir de Quintaesencia y con la capacidad de destruir el universo. Keith, como líder de Voltron, deberá enfrentarse a esta maldad, y también a lo que implica ser líder, sobre todo cuando la vida de uno de los Paladines está en riesgo.

"There is no escape for you, Paladin," Haggar whispered, voice echoing from from the very depths of his mind and filling Lance with a horror and dread he could not begin to describe. "Not from this ship. Not from death." She let out a soft laugh that rang with dark promise. "And especially not from me." / In which Zarkon desires the Black Lion and the Blue Paladin pays the price.

Out of nowhere Lance pulls Keith into a passionate kiss, kick starting a series of secret moments between them. Keith isn't exactly fighting Lance's advances but he's not initiating anything either. Lance finds himself head over heels but questions if Keith is just letting him mess with him for ease, or if deep down he secretly has feelings in return. Rated M for mature scenes.
