Inspired by JC-of-the-Corn's Endless Possibilities, similar stories spawned by the idea, and my need for an outlet for weird stories during writer's blocks. Go read the others. First M rating based on possible versions in the future.

He's a symbol of hope and justice to the righteous while his name strikes fear into the hearts of evil men. Remnant never deserved a hero so brave, strong and handsome. But unfortunately for him... he didn't ask for any of this.

Jaune had always wanted to go to a school to learn to battle the creatures of Grimm. But as a boy with no huntsmen training, no huntsmen knowledge, and no huntsmen transcripts, he had absolutely no chance of getting into a school like that legally. Although taken in by Raven and her Tribe as a kid, Jaune never saw eye to eye with the Spring Maiden, for both practical and moral reasons. When Raven sends him to Beacon to spy on Ozpin, Qrow, and Yang, Jaune must decide what lines he is willing to cross in order to become his own master. What good is being a better person than Raven if you're too weak to break free from her?

Harry Potter is done with life. He did everything and all he wanted was to pass on to the next great adventure. Sadly, rules get in the way of this and he must now find a new way to keep living. It's not all bad though. At least he gets another chance to live life his way and on his terms. Warning: Mentions of attempted suicide and other stuff to come.

It's also important to note that I shift time lines in this story. Firstly the Potter Verse is up to date. As in I set this story at the start, at 2006.
