This is the origin story of Gothena. It's set in the DC universe, specifically DCUO where new heroes and villains are created by an exobyte effect triggered by a future version of Braniac. This is not the story of another fluffy villain. Gothena is a monster and the tones of these stories are much darker than the usual mild tones of comics. The M rating is to reflect this.
