About Me

Hello there, on the internet, I'm known as miragefla a name that came from trying to get the name mirageflak years ago for online gaming on Red Alert 2. Ever since then, the name has stuck and if you see anyone else labelled miragefla, there is a pretty high chance that is me, usually found playing a couple of games, mainly over Steam.

I am a video gamer, a history student, aspiring voice actor enthusiast, and a painter/modeller for miniatures. I also used to play the violin, but have stopped since university, though one day I hope to try and start it a again. I've never been the biggest fan of anime, but I have watched a few when they were available on Canadian TV networks in another world. Slowly, I have begun to watch more with the most impressive ones being Attack on Titan just because of how strange, yet dark it is, but Gundam Build Fighter I had a particularly soft spot for. A nice show where you did not have to be worry about characters being killed off and in general, was a nice change of pace from the typical formula.

Why I've Returned for the Time Being

I remember writing poorly thought out and worded stores for fan-fiction.net ages ago and have only recently come back, having looked old works. The biggest one, Gundam 00: Phoenix is currently drawing all my attention as I have begun to re-edit it and correct many mistakes that were there. I plan to hopefully finish it to do the story justice while also hoping the edits can further define characters and make things in the story more clear, along with fixing many of the grammatical errors.
