The Seongsu transfer is located on subway line number 2--affectionately named the Green Line--which loops around Seoul, the capital city of South Korea (for those of you who may have slept through geography). The transfer takes you to a subsidiary line which branches off the main loop, then heads north to an area named Sinseol-dong. Dong means neighborhood. This particular branch is comprised of about 5 stops total.

I have never taken the transfer but someday I am sure I will feel adventurous enough to get on.

Seongsu itself is an area that borders Seoul Forest, a park area frequently compared to Central Park in NYC. Nice place.
