When Judy gets her dream assignment on earth the last thing she expects is a nightmare. A crisis, an enemy operative with his own mission, and souls gone missing. With no support, she's left to make a terrible choice: failure, or a deal with a demon. With damnation and apocalypse looming, can she trust a demon with a fox's smile?

Four years have passed since the Night Howlers ordeal. As such, much has occurred for Officers Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps; both who have grown used to coping with the habitual routine of upholding the law. But, things are far from perfect for these partners as they struggle with societies prejudices, all along with a secret that could tear both them and the 1st Precinct apart.

Knowledge was a key. It unlocked the mind, it freed the spirit. Almost no one knew about life outside the city-state, no one except for those in control. Nick had always lived a life of outcast and discrimination, but as society begins to crumble, he must do what he can to find the answers rarely asked for — and more importantly — to survive in a corrupted world turned against him.
