![]() Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter. Well, I guess that it's time to update my profile... I completely forgot to do that. I won't bother you with any personal information, but instead tell you more about my attempts to write. For years, I wanted to write something, but I guess I was never really brave or focused enough. I've never written anything but what was necessary for school and my majors were really more science related so not much literature there. I was never encouraged to write by anyone. About a year ago I tried... I had an idea, but somewhere along the way the more I was thinking about it the more it appeared stupid and uninteresting. I wrote a page and than I pressed 'delete' and it was gone. A lot of time passed since then... I even stopped reading fanfiction. But, then, about two weeks ago ( today is the 6th of April ) I decided to give it a try again. I promised myself that I will finish it. At first I wasn't even sure that I will post it here, but then realized that that's the only way for me to continue it, by receiving feedback. I sat down, wrote the first chapter and I posted it ( I panicked a lot then ) but I was just happy I did it. So, here I am, still writing my first story, thinking about it a lot and what's more important I am absolutely decided to finish it. If you're reading this you probably already have the idea how much anything you have to say means to me. Whatever it is, it's always going to be better than not saying anything. In the end, all I have to say is that I hope you enjoy my story. Oh, and one more thing... I may be a sloppy writer, inexperienced and all but I am a very thorough reader. So if you are struggling the way I am or feeling insecure about what you wrote feel free to send me anything you would like to be read by someone before posting. I believe I can be of help when it comes to plot and characters, flow and things like that, but not very helpful with grammar. And I solemnly swear that I will review every story I read. XXX |
