Name: Tori
Age: 14
Phone: 1-800-GET-LOST
Address: Yeah...right...
Look like: Sharp gold eyes, pointed ears, two inch long razor claws, fangs, and a white stripety tail!! ^-^ (Yeah, I wish...) ;_;
Bio: I'm quick to get angry, love adventure, MAJOR daydreamer (duh! where d'you think the creativity comes from??), i tend to get VERY hyper out of the blue, but if I eat Cinnamon Life, let's just say it's not pretty...-_-;;; but above all, I think i'm a useful person to have around, because I've had experience in quite a few areas (hold it! Im only 14, here!) and I know alot of things, mainly how to spell words, i went to the state spelling bee!! WOOPEE!! I didnt win, but I DONT CARE!!! I also can imitate animals and foreign accents very well, and I know alot about animals!!

I actually have another account on here, but I use it for stories. If y'all wanna check it out, it's called Tori the Hanyou. I have an Inuyasha fic, a YuGiOh fic, a Zoids fic, and a three way crossover of Yu Yu Hakusho, Inuyasha and YuGiOh. Ok, enough about my other sn, time to get to business with my poetry account, THIS ONE!!! HAHA!!! Here are some of the poems I have (or will be) put up on this account:

My Dream World: This poem I wrote when I was 12. It's a state winner, so I think it's pretty good.

My Grandfather: I wrote this when I was 12 in honor of my grandpa, Bert Oastler, who died Halloween Night, 2002. It's just a few memories I like to bring up about him.

My Gift: This poem was written for me to show how grateful I am to be able to write poetry the way I do. It's one of my most recent.

God Bless America: This poem is (duh!) about American Pride. I wrote it September 11, 2003.

Wedding Day: Wrote this one for my uncle and aunt's wedding. It's about the bonding of two families into one.

Sadness and Depression: It's actually not as depressing as it sounds. It starts off sad, then gets happy in the end. I recited it to a friend, and she said I should classify it as a love poem, so I am!

Unreturned Love: Man, I wrote this one about being rejected by a guy. It makes me slightly miffed to read it on occasion, but I think some people can relate to it.

Ocarinas: I wrote this when I was 13 after i taught myself how to play my now favorite instrument, the ocarina. it describes the one in the Zelda game, but that's how i like to think of mine, so plz read and review!

A Horse of the Night: I wrote this when I was 13 and I read The Black Stallion. It talks about a black horse with great speed, strength, and cunning. I like it alot, so plz review!

Fantasize: Well, this is my newest poem. It's about what i daydream about when Im bored. Pleez review.

Horses: Just guess what this one's about! lol! Wrote when I was 12. I think it's a little short, but some of you may enjoy it.

Wolves, Creatures of the Night: Another whack at what this one talks about. I wrote it when I was 12 because I dont think people truly understand the real nature of wolves. this poem explains my feelings on that issue.

ALL TIME FAVORITE POET: Robert Frost

ALL TIME FAVORITE POEM:

The Road Not Taken, Robert Frost

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Gods, I love that poem! SOO COOL!!! Robert Frost is practically my IDOL, even though he's dead...oh, well. I love his poems.

Edgar Allan Poe ranks second on my fave poet list. I love his poem, The Raven, and his short story, the Black Cat. Though, they're both quite disturbing, my all time fave poem of his would be Annabel Lee.

Here it is:

It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of Annabel Lee;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me.

She was a child and I was a child,
In this kingdom by the sea;
But we loved with a love that was more than love-
I and my Annabel Lee;
With a love that the winged seraphs of heaven
Coveted her and me.

And this was the reason that, long ago,
In this kingdom by the sea,
A wind blew out of a cloud by night,
Chilling my Annabel Lee;
So that her highborn kinsman came
And bore her away from me,
To shut her up in a sepulchre
In this kingdom by the sea.

The angels, not half so happy in heaven,
Were envying her and me-
Yes!- that was the reason (as all men know,
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of the cloud chilling,
And killing my Annabel Lee.

But our love it was stronger by far than the love
Of those who were older than we-
Of many far wiser than we-
And neither the angels in heaven above,
Nor the demons down under the sea,
Could ever dissever my soul from the soul
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee.

For the moon never beams without bringing me dreams
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And the stars never rise but I feel the bright eyes
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee;
And so, all the night-tide, I lie down by the side
Of my darling- my darling- my life and my bride,
In the sepulchre there by the sea,
In her tomb by the side of the sea.
