Well I'm not too sure what your meant to write here, but anyway.

My name is Claire, I'm 21 and at university reading economics, I also work part time in a call centre. I am in my final year and writing a dissertation. I like to go to the gym, see my mates a lot and spend time with mu godson.

In general that makes for a busy me, I like to read and write Harry Potter fanfiction but I often leave quite a while between updates.

Most of the stuff i write is finished completly before i post it, because i like to be sure i can finish the story, and that readers like where i'm headed.

The only ones this isn't true for is The Truth and Snape's Guilt.

Ok, so now I get to be vain and write about my fics,lol.

Harry Potter and Voldies Worst nightmare: Complete! My first fic, and I still really like it, very simple and romantic, full of the relationships between the characters. It lacks a little in that there is no quidittch or Malfoy!

The Truth: I hate this fic, well no, i love the idea but I hate the way I wrote it, so many reviewers asked me to continue, but the story was so rushed. Anyway it's the first chapter in a story that was going to be a Sirius is Harry's father fic, and I really like my Sirius in it, but the rest is in serious need of developing. Maybe if I have time I might one day, or anyone who liked the fic is more than welcome to borrow the ideas and develop it themselves, just email me a copy so I can read it.

The Summer Of 1995: A really sad fic about depression, suicide and eating disorders. Set before OotP. I like the way Harry and Remus interact, and I hope to write a sequel with more about the younger characters. Written and waiting to be fully posted, if you all like it.

Snape's guilt: My first true attempt at writing Snape, esp. nice Snape. It introduces the idea of other family members in Harry's life, some new powers for Harry, but he doesn't turn into superman yet as they are very difficult to control. This is set after OotP, and Harry starts out being a bit of a mess, Snape pulls him out of it, Harry becomes his apprentice, and Sev's harsh exterior melts and their relationship turns from harsh mentor to lovers. Eventually Snape's had enough of Dumbledore's meddling and takes matters into his own hands as he takes Harry away from Hogwarts to meet his family, and go into hiding with them. Not finished writing it yet, but there are more chapters waiting to be posted. I really like this one too, I guess thats my test - would I want to read this, if yes I post it, if not it stays on my computer until it can be turned into something good.

China in Your Hand: Very moving, I was sad to only have one review but the charcters aren't very popular and its a bit obscure. Anyway it tells the story of Bellatrix Lestranges emotions and a bit of her history set against China in Your Hand by T'Pau, which fits the story really well, I was even tempted to write about Harry to this song, I still might. for those of you who haven't heard the song, you really need to, its great!
