It's not like Loki's mind controlled or insane or- what's this about a Stone?

Taking place only a few months after the events of the last fic, the Avengers are dealing with the consequences of the shattering of the scepter and the reveal of the Mind Gem. Worst of all, most of them still don't know about it.

When a seriously wounded Kirby loses his dog tags, he sets a chain of events in motion that will change all the squad members lives. This story was finished 12/14, and my computer "bricked" and I lost most of it because my files didn't back up for whatever reason. I said I wasn't going to write it again, but I need to get it out of my head.

The Rat Patrol takes on the task of spotting for the artillery to take out some German guns, but spotters are not especially popular and the Germans send someone to eliminate them.

Decisions can be good or bad. Bad decisions can be made for all the right reasons. And one bad decision can sometimes lead to another.

The Rat Patrol chooses a cave to ride out a storm until Dietrich spots them.

Dietrich needs a favor from the Rat Patrol but it will put them all in danger.

We pick up our story with the squad marching out to fight the war that is raging all about the tiny field hospital where Caje, who is still recovering, must stay.

But his arrival has attracted attention of a foreign military, something called SHIELD, and this time he vows to protect this kingdom from the invaders. Meanwhile Thor finds out the truth of what happened nearly seventy years ago, just as an old evil rouses.

Lt. Ryan is back and the Rat Patrol is charged with his safety. Things get sticky when they find out that his top secret mission has a leak.

Someone is after the Rat Patrol and causing a lot of troubles in the process.

Sick friends and responsibilities. They don't always work together.

Lt. Hanley is given the task of leading a squad of his men to observe a town being used by the Germans as an OC. When things don't go according to plan he's ordered to clear the town before Capt. Jampel arrives with the rest of 2nd Platoon. Five men against twenty...with limited supplies and resources...Hanley and the squad will need one Hell of a Plan to complete this mission.

While more events unfold to tear the royal family further apart, Loki turns to darker plans to bring his beloved back, plotting his vengence against those who wronged him along the way. Tully takes the lead when Moffitt is wounded and Troy is captured.

The Chitauri threatened Loki with torture should he fail to seize Midgard, and he was vanquished. After escaping Asgard, he has returned to seek revenge. One woman stands in his way, a Will Master, but he needs her for his scheme. He will have to gain her trust in order to use her. Plans will go very wrong when Loki finds himself longing for more than her trust. Loki/OC

Hitch and Tully decide it's their turn to rescue the sargeants

The mission called for Lt. Hanley and Sgt Saunders to lead a squad of men from King Company to join up with Lt. Harper and a squad from Love Company to remove a squad of German Soldiers from an old School needed by Battalion. Though the mission is successful the trip back to 2nd Platoon for King Company doesn't go by the book.

Tully is hurt and Hitch blames himself.

With an injured Tully, very little water and no transportation will the Rat Patrol make it across the desert on foot in search of a waterhole that might or might not exist.

A dead jeep. A downed German pilot. And a mountain storm causes a flash flood.

"He is left back into the cold once more. And he is alone." The Avengers find Loki wandering Midgard unaware he has been wandering far longer than they expected. Concerns begin to arise as to the absence and silence of Thor in Asgard and the Trickster that holds nothing in his eyes but despair. No Slash, Rated T to be safe.

As Saunders fights for his life after VE Day, the squad breaks up as the men go their separate ways.

They watch 'Captain America: The First Avenger'. The events depicted tell of the true powers of the Tesseract, as well as the beginnings of SHIELD and the Captain the team now follows. ON HIATUS.

When Corp. Velasquez blew the winery to prevent the Germans from using it as an observation post he lost his life. Lt. Hanley and Kirby were injured as they tried to get to cover when the explosion went off. Now with a German Patrol on their tail, Mother Nature throwing tantrums and both men at less than 100 percent they have to make their way back to base.

After capturing Loki, a strange anomaly happens, transporting the Helicarrier and everyone inside it into a different world. Trapped in our universe where they exist as mere characters, the Avengers and Loki must discover a way back home but they have to overcome obstacles first before they could return, those obstacles meaning their future, Thanos and everything in that universe.

Loki is a villain, and Tony is a hero. No matter how similar they are, nothing will change that; their fates are set in stone. At least, they are until a haywire spell hits the reset button.

Several months have passed since Loki's return to Asgard, and with Thor's understanding help, he is slowly learning how to leave behind the pain that drove him during his conquest on Midgard, and is fighting once more with his brother and friends. But when a battle goes terribly wrong for Sif, both she and Loki will not find themselves unchanged for their experiences.

I don't know how anyone could write a story about Omaha Beach and it not be a blood bath. Absolutely no disrespect is intended to all the brave men who died there. If you're looking for a happy read, this ain't it.

After Loki is punished for his crimes, he and Thor are sent back to Midgard to help the Avengers rebuild Manhattan. But when it becomes obvious that Loki is unwell physically as well as mentally, relationships are strained and healed as well as created. Rated T for the occasional language and frequent in-depth descriptions of illness and medical procedures.

Caje and Kirby are late getting back from a 24-hour pass and Saunders and the rest of the squad must find them.

Sequel to A Past Encounter. After a problematic turn of events,Thor brings the Avengers to Asgard in hopes that they would help defend Loki on his trial. They didn't expect Asgardian Justice to be this severely cruel, putting Loki deeper than what he's in for. Each of them will testify in their own way about the Alien invasion, slowly revealing that Loki wasn't behind the attack.

As punishment for crimes against Midgard, Loki is bound to bracelets that force him to become obedient: much to his disgust. Whoever holds the Stone of Command, holds the free will of the Asgardian. However, when the Avengers are involved things are never easy. Not to mention when an enemy makes use of such information. No Slash, Rated T to be safe.

Caje's birthday doesn't go exactly the way he expected.

"You asked what would happen in war against him?" Fury asked, leaning back with a frown before narrowing his eye on Steve, "Stark has contacts, money, brains, people working for him, and is as impossible to get rid of as a wart-" He sighed, a slight twitch of the lips showing a grim smile. "Captain- if we were ever against Stark, there wouldn't be a fight- we'd be dead already."

They were never going to be friends, that much was certain. But perhaps, in time, they would be allies. -Phase 2 Alternate Universe of the Avengers Initiative-

All they really want to do is just go to sleep after the week they've had, but thanks to Thor's roof-destroying antics and Tony's creative imagination, they end up playing Truth or Dare while getting as drunk as humanly - and not so humanly - possible.

A broken god crashes onto the roof of Stark Tower, and Tony and Steve are horrified by what they find. As Loki's story unfolds, the Avengers discover what really happened when Loki was taken back to Asgard, and what he has endured for the past year. A powerful enemy emerges to threaten Asgard as Loki struggles to recover in the care of those who were once his bitterest foes.

This story explains why Caje wears a wedding ring and also a pinky ring. The pinky ring belonged to his wife, who died giving birth to their daughter. The baby die's 1 week later. Long enough for Caje to have bonded with his daughter. This also helps explain Caje's deep attachment to the orphaned children of France. His wife's name was Mireille-pronounced-Meer-ray.(1st story Ever!)

He finds their family is not as normal as they seem. The Avengers, who are looking for Loki, discover that as well. With their aide, they just might be able to stop Thanos who is out to destroy the universe.

He made her come with them, but they didn't realize that something was waiting for them . . . something that would change them forever. Thor, Loki, and Sigyn arc, set several years after the Avengers Incident.
