Personality: When she is with her friends, she is nice but also a little mean. It really depends on her mood. But when she fights, if her opponent is weak really weak, she likes to either play with their minds, or scare them half to death, (I guess you could say she is sadistic) but if the oppoenent is strong, she gets cold hearted and has a major attitude, and wants to end fights quickly.

Relation to Youko or Shuichi:

Sometime after Youko was born, his father fell in love with a water apparition. And so they have a daughter, Mizu Youma. So Youko and her are only half siblings, but they care for each other a lot. When they got attacked by the bounty hunter, they both went to the human world. And sort of picked up their lives after that.
