Author has written 2 stories for Hey Arnold, and Misc. Books. Why did I want to become an author in the first place? Over the years, I have been practicing my writing skills, writing papers, and giving public speeches. That was until a Hollywood-related topic sparked my interest in fighting to bringing something back. When I found out a TV program abruptly got cancelled, I became very interested in going back to old shows, especially Nicktoons. Have you ever watched "Hey Arnold" and felt very emotional about a young boy with a football-shaped head, losing his parents and having to live with wacky grandparents and people of different races? Did you happen to be entertained by Helga, the girl in school with a bow who despises and yet loves Arnold, or Gerald who goes "Mm-mm-mmh", and the kids of P.S. 118? I used to watch that program when I was a youngster; but I wasn't obsessed with "football-head" back then. Yet when I found out the show came to a sudden halt with Arnold's parents being missing, I recalled watching that episode. As my curiosity spread about "Hey Arnold" and Craig Bartlett, I was watching several episodes and clips from the show, and when I became obsessed with Arnold and Helga, I was feeling a little worried that there would be no future left for further Arnold development. I was in the middle of writing a complex story; I began researching "Hey Arnold"; Later, I began to find hope when I logged on to facebook and joined two groups related to "Hey Arnold", dedicated to saving "Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie" and the planned spinoff entitled "The Patakis". I kept imagining what it would be like to see a comeback kid on TV. My Favorite Characters from "Hey Arnold": Arnold - the boy who resides in a Hillwood City boardinghouse with his grandparents Phil and Gertrude; has more optimistic views; that blonde fourth-grader from the series, whom I think you fans out there would expect to be the hero ;D Helga - the little girl around Arnold's age, who turns out to be the antagonist of the series; Raised from a low-functioning family, she looks to Arnold for love and support. In public, she bullies him, not only him, but everyone around her, therefore making her un-likeable. She is depressed, agrressive, abusive, nastily outrageous, and very funny from what I have seen :\ Some Quotes That I Enjoy from the show: "I love Arnold!" - Helga G. Pataki (Helga on the Couch) "Helga? Are you okay?" - Arnold Shortman "You are baking the buffalo, Arnold!" - Helga G. Pataki "Helga, look out!" - Big Bob Pataki "Hey! Who said you can touch me?" "Hey Arnold!" "Oh I'm just peachy..." - Helga G. Pataki "Grandpa..." - Arnold Shortman "He's the one who's blind!" - Helga G. Pataki |
