BDF Realty is a boutique residential property manager in Charlotte known for its excellent service and optimizing the ROI for its clients. Prior to starting BDF Realty, Brett had a highly distinguished career in sales in the telecommunications field. For the Campus Dimensions subsidiary of AT&T, he was ranked #1 in sales in the AZ market, as well as #5 nationally. For Nextel Communications, he rose to be #19 nationally in Corporate & Government sales in New York City. Brett has been featured in many radio shows and publications, including the Wall Street Journal and Realtor Magazine. He was a featured presenter for the National Association of Realtors' "Putting Together Lease-To-Own Deals That Pay".
