'Ello everybody xD

I guess I should introduce myself. As of this update my profile will state me 25 years old. Which I am. I just hadn't updated it in 4 years it seems. I live in the Netherlands. I have Aspergers. I like reading, writing, music, games and basketball. I've got a nasty case of depression for the last 10 years at least (although it's only been recognized as such for 5 of them, and together with my narcolepsy it kind of messed up my schooling.

I and several friends used to have a writing circle. But yeah, we drifted apart over the past few years. I used to provide the plunnies, while Era and Amy were the main writers due to their skill in wordsmithing. Tsu and Chio were in charge of character development and Mark provided the male touch. I used to lament I was terrible at writing myself, I think my actual words were something along the lines of.

'At the moment I'm the only one with an active FF-Account -seeing how I do little of the actual writing-, and I seek to hone my skills to be of any actual use to them. Because really, wat's the use in being able to spin worlds on a moment's notice, when you can't even word it properly without your friends' prodding?'

Yeah. I was a melodramatic little shit. Still am to be honest. But at least I don't mean it now, only using it for jokes.

Stories I'm currently working on

1) The Death of Sanity
Started as a venting method. It was originally meant to be pure crack. It still will be. But I'm planning to rewrite it. I went into it without a plan, and that came back to bite me in the ass. So this will probably be rewritten at this point.

2) The Chase
Rewrite pending. Rereading it, it's seriously cringy shit.

3) Size Matters Not
I'm not really into writing Star Wars anymore, but I'll try to put these up at some point anyway

4) Practising Quantity brings a Quality of it's own.
Ongoing training exercise in combining multiple semi-compatible universes. Which I may or may not post.

5) Crimson - Naruto style!
I will post this, having written a lot of it, but some of the premise was flawed, so I'm in the process of reworking it.

6) Blood Runs Deep
I like this, a lot. You'll see it at some point soon.

7) Vice
Originally I had problem bridging a few chapters. Just when I got that done Fantastic Beasts came out, messing up major plot points. I mean. Due to it being an OC-insert it will be AU anyway, but that doesn't mean I can't at the very least try. I've gotten past that. But still sitting on the chapters for a few weeks.

Stories that will be continued once my list gets shorter, or their plunnies breed to the point they drown out everything else

1) Virtual as opposed to False
Not dead, but currently on a backburner.

2) Fate/Fake Distortion Nasu-verse XO, humor [slight crack, adventure, mystery, fantasy

Mistakes are a part of the learning process. Unfortunately for Shirou and Rin, the latter's failure, result in the Kaleidoscope sends them to a vaguely-familiar-if-you-squint Elsewhere. ''ROOT-Bleep-it Shirou, stop breaking the locals!" "It's not like I'm doing this on purpose!" "Then you should just purposefully NOT do it, you idiot!"

cackles madly*. I just saw this rpg backstory [ particularly, how the Age of Gods ended] a friend of mine made, [somewhat based on UBW, and I couldn't help but wonder: What if Shirou landed in that world? How widespread a panick would it cause if his Reality Marble was discovered? How much hijincks would he have to go through to convince everyone that no, despite this awful pileup of coincidences and similarities with the Myth concerning the Herald of Endless Swords, he isn't the one that will kickstart the apocalypse... probably... likely... perhaps... Eep...?!

Stories that will probably get scrapped

1) Fate/Breaker Nasu-verse. Heavily AU. Adventure. Drama. Fantasy. Psychological.
There is an infinite amount of worlds, holding infinite possibilities. Is it any wonder that some are similar, despite their very vast differences? Nothing will be the same when Emiya 'Ria' Arturia gets involved in the Grail War, with her Servant Saber at her side. As the war drags on, more and more questions are revealed. WHO and what is she? Was she? Who and WHAT is her Servant? What are her ties to the past? How is he tied to Alaia?"

When I say it's heavily AU, I mean it. This is not just an Alternate Grail War/route, but it's also set into a re-imagined Nasu-verse. Characters and aspects might be similar, but they are never quite the same. As the name implies (or is supposed to, anyway) the main focus of this story is self-determination.

2) Fate/Rebirth Nasu-verse, AU, psychological, Fantasy.
A child died amidst the roaring flames, and was reborn into this burning world. Broken, some would say. Distorted. Reforged. But is he, really? This one who was neither Sword nor Man to begin with

3) Dissension
I might or might not rewrite this. It might not be as bad as The Chase or The Death of Sanity when it comes to cringe, but it's been years since I last saw Star Gate.ï¿

4) Lost in Translation BTVS - Xander-centric YAHF, TimeTravel-parody. Halloween is approaching, and Xander's soldier costume got ripped up badly. In desperation, and having only an eyepatch left, he dresses up as no one in particular, something with surprising [yet utterly predictable] consequences.

The muse for this has died, but I'll keep it up here, because I still like the idea.

5) Eternal (SWxMerlin). Albion has long since fallen, and Merlin's immortal life ever continues. How will Magic Incarnate live in a time where the Old Religion has become known as the Force?
