With the true dark master Zorc Necrophades resurrected and the spirit of the Puzzle cut off from his vessel and banished into the unknown beyond, only the Item-bearers possess the ability to fight back the darkness. Those who remain have only two options: rebel, or be enslaved. Friend-squad centric.

Left with no recourse other than to investigate the cause, Dragontamer Seto Kaiba and his battle partner Kisara of Blue Eyes work to track down the culprit and enact punishment. Aided by a mysterious boy who can sense beasts, and a foul-tempered Black Dragon with his blunt partner, they may find more than simply a mighty creature gone feral.

--Most likely a very long story, centered mostly around Seto Kaiba and Kisara. Heavy AU based on shape-shifting dragons and ancient destinies.
