Name : Just address me by my username Gender : Female Age : 16 The anime's I love : Code Geass, Darker than Black, Baccano, Durarara, Gankutsuo, Bleach (it was my first anime). Manga's that I read : Bleach, Fairy Tail, Claymore, etc. Favourite Books : Neverwhere (Neil Gaiman), The Inheritance Cycle, Lord of the Rings, His Dark Materials Trilogy, The Magicians Guild, Fahrenheit 451. Favourite Authors : ~Neil Gaiman~ and Trudy Canavan I would say I like reading books/manga and watching anime/movies for their story. Every story shows me how someone else views the world (regardless of it being fact or fiction) and will be always interesting. I don't like to drop anything halfway unless it's really really bad. However I do have favourites for a reason. Other than the writing/direction style of a story being immensely captivating (like in His Dark Materials) there are certain themes and things I enjoy. I love anti-heroes, pshycological plots and lots of gore. Unfortunately the latter two don't usually come together (I mean you can't really find gore in Code Geass or a mind blowing plot in DtB). I do however like to stay away from romance. I don't mind it as a sub theme alondside the main plot and I even have favourite pairings but I hate it as a predominant theme. I also regret starting to read Vampire Knight without knowing what it was about but atleast it's not that bad.
