So, um, hi. This is my profile blarg. No, that's not a typo. I am very outside my comfort zone right now. This will most likely resemble the aftermath of a weekend bender.

Most of my writing comes either from games, or stories I think seriously need changing...like the end of The Hobbit.

I am not above transferring interesting characters to worlds wildly different from their originals, simply based on a 'what would happen if" scenario.

Broom Baggins (complete): Broom is my answer to all these 'feisty' female inserts you find in the Hobbit fanfiction community. Too many of them just followed along Bilbo's path. Bilbo is many fine things, feisty was not one of them. This was my reply.

Southern comforts (complete): kkolmakov really does come up with some of the best scenarios. Once again, she let me come play in one of her universes, and Bri stepped up and took over. Southern Sass meets posh Brit...what could possibly go wrong?

Wolf Red and Wolf White: what would happen if you plopped the Durins into the middle of Red Riding Hood mixed with Rose Red and Rose White...and then stir. This one got started thanks to kkolmakov's lovely 'Fairytales from Under the Mountain" ...she was kind enough to let me come play. Beware chapter five if you don't like smut. The rest of the story is fairly safe.

All's Faire in Love and War: For a change, I dragged Kitty into my 'verse. The Durin boys are Ren fairers (including Frerin!), and the girls come to play. Then all you know what breaks loose. Companion pieces are on kkolmakov's page.

A bit about how I view Fili. The more I watched the blondie, the more I saw parallels to my own husband. He's witty, funloving, and that magical mix of responsible and carefree that I find absolutely heart melting.

So that's how I write him. A lot of his smoothest moves or wittiest one liners came straight from my hubby's mouth. You may now be jealous.

Briallen /Carys: The name may change, the sass does not. Nor does the fact she's not a total hotty. I write to what I can relate, and that's a sassy stocky farmgirl. She's short, she's broad, and she can probably kick your tail.

Telki Tales: T rated story based on my character from Skyrim. If you love the game, you may like this story. If you like handsy Dunmer priests of Mara and light hearted Dagi Dovahkins, you might like this story. If you like my usual mix of romance and adventure, you might like this story. I tried to write it so anybody could enjoy it, whether they know the game or not. Input on how well I met that goal is greatly appreciated.

Cleansing the Grey Quarter: a one shot I wrote explaining my views on what's up with Windhelm. I always found it funny people would side with the Empire which is being torn to bits by the Thalmor rather than join the Stormcloaks to get rid of the Thalmor (who want everyone dead) because 'the Dunmer are repressed!"...o.0. Pardon me if I view the Thalmor regime's genocide the worse offense. Racism is a common problem in the Elder Scroll universe, and if it's the only flaw of the Stormcloaks, that still sets them way ahead of the rest of the game's races.

Various World of Warcraft Oneshots: Don't look at me like that. The things a woman who just had a baby is allowed to do is very limited. So this momma played warcraft. Being a stocky farmgirl being used as a milchcow by her new baby may have influenced my choice of character: a bipedal humanoid cow (the tauren). Branbera was my character, Cudzoo belonged to the hubby. You may recognize the snark.
