Author has written 1 story for Tudors.

Hello guys my name is Megara but you can call me Meg for short. I'm from a sleepy little village on the Lancashire/Yorkshire border.

I love to read and write, so I'm pretty sure this is going to be my new favourite site ever :D

My favourite actors are Sharlto Copley, Jeremy Northam, Christoph Waltz and Gaspard Ulliel. Sharlto is an amazing actor and has automatically become my favourite even though he has only been in two productions. He is amazingly diverse and so funny. I love him :)

My favourite actresses are Melanie Laurent and Maria Doyle Kennedy. I wish I could speak more French so I can watch her in more movies because she is such a great actress and is such an intelligent woman. I loved her in Inglourious Basterds. And Maria was my favourite actress in my favourite show, she brought such dignity and strength to Queen Katherine, and made her so sympathetic.

I adore the Tudors and am so sad that it's finally over but I have loved all four seasons. My favourite character is Jane Seymour. I like how kind she was and only wanted the best for her country and her family. She befriended a lonely Princess Mary and helped Elizabeth when she didn't need to, she did it out of the goodness of her heart. I love both portrayals of her, but I wish they would have combined the two portrayals into one so she was still kind but also had ambitions. I really admire her character and always knew her duty. She was kind, sweet, loyal, feminine, a good wife, an excellent mother/stepmother and a wonderful Queen who had the potential to become one of the greatest consorts ever. Her death scene was really beautiful, I cried buckets, and I think her ghost scene was the best out of the lot. I will read any Tudor fanfiction but I'll be more drawn to any about her.

Favourite Tudor Quotes

"You are the milk of human kindness, the light in my dark, dark world. Without you the world is a desert, a howl in the wilderness. Please God in your mercy don't take her away from me. My son needs his mother, and I need my Queen" - Henry VIII to Jane Seymour on her deathbed.

such a beautiful scene, everything was so perfect and his speech was so touching.

"I recognise no Queen but my mother, but if the King's mistress would interceed with the King on my behalf than I would be grateful" Princess Mary to Anne Boleyn

burn much?

"Even Kings are made of clay" Jane Seymour's ghost chastising Henry over their son

it's so true, not even Henry can control life and death and is as vulnerable as the next man

"I can see your mother in you" Henry to Prince Edward

~ I love this whole scene, mostly because Prince Edward is so adorable, but it was such a lovely scene and Henry's face when he sees Jane's thimble. It was so sad and beautiful.

"Life is very beautiful" Katherine Howard on the scaffold

such a moving scene and I like how even she can appreciate the short life she has had.

I also love Dexter, and how it combines something so gory and serious into something so hilariously funny. I have a soft spot for Rita (I don't get all the hate for her) though at times I do agree she is a bit annoying. But I absolutely loathe Deb, I mean I actually hate her, she is so annoying. I have never hated a character as much as I hate her. I find myself liking her ever so slightly in S5 Episode 1, I like that she is a devoted sister and you can clearly see how much Dexter means to her, but by the end of the episode I hated her again. Dexter himself is the best, I love him to bits because even though he is technically a bad guy at least he has standards and some sort of morals.

Rome was also an amazing series and I was so sad that it got cancelled after two seasons. I think it would have been better than The Tudors if it had continued. There isn't one thing that I don't like about this series, well perhaps that bitch Gaia because of what she did to Eirene but she soon got her comeuppance anyway. But everything from the actors, costumes, storylines, dialogue, EVERYTHING was simply amazing. My favourite character was Atia, I loved her determination, her bluntness and her devotion to her family even it was a bit exteme at times. I also loved Marc Anthony, he's so charming and sexy, I can see why all the girls are crazy over him. I also adore Eirene, she is such a cutie and she and Pullo belong together. She is the perfect mixture of sweetness and goodness, but she can also take of herself and isn't a doormat like most girls in her position would be. And I love to hate Cleopatra and Sevilla. Cleopatra is a class A bitch but she has style and determination. I think I'd like Sevilla a lot of more if she wasn't Atia's enemy. But in the words of M.A "Now that's an exit" :D

Favourite Rome Pairings

Atia/Marc Anthony

Eirene/Titus Pullo

Octavia/Agrippa

Niobe/Lucius Vorenus
