I'm a lazy want to be writer - I have ideas for stories, but when it actually comes down to writting not so much happens. Maybe one day I'll get past the first half page before I delete everything.

I actually didn't get past the first few chapters of OoP so most of my knowledge of the latter books come from fanfic, I'm slightly (only ever so slightly:-)) addicted to Harry potter fan fiction so most of my idea snippets are for that. I loathe cannon snape and Draco but they are my favourite fanfic characters. I also love slash, but its better in a story with some justification than a PWP.

If anyone wants to actually use any of the below ideas please do, just let me know so I can read what you do. These notes are quite rough, written mostly so I don't forget them. I also read a lot of fanfic so I doubt very much that any are all that original.

Harry potter ff -

1. Snape acting childish, acc magic by Harry, turn snape into child. Albus makes him take home to durslys , start to stand up for self find home (find backbone?!)

2. Snape is actually a very good spy, keeping in training actually sneaks up on albus, hears him disparaging his talents due to his reaction to Harry. Tries to prove A wrong by actually checking his facts. evil (or selfish/ self centred- for the greater good of himself) albus

3. Harry panic seeing dragons for first task, runs blindly, meets someone who can help? (possibly becomes catatonic?, deaging - mental /physical?, animagus? accidentally of course. ) 3 scenarios

(1) pure Harry - snape mentor? Or oc?
(2) transformers - cure virus of decepticons / sparkling!harry
(3) gundam wing - preventor years? Or earlier during war

4. goblin help - first meeting in vault with griphook - afraid to go dursleys as will be killed for being a freak. Asks questions (ooc for H but nothing left to lose) hagrid not there - not trusted as wants to take him back. Gollum or clone? sent back w/ hagrid.

5. magical guardian/godfather actual magical contract, Harry smart reads library finds spell to call into judgement albus
Or
Albus witness/executor of parents will -again magical contract, H finds out &calls for judgement
- more imaginative than just stripping of magic (though that can happen to)

6. Harry get definition of dark, greater good, safe from albus, shows how twisted albus is
-along same lines as (but hopefully with happier ending) as " Words Have Meaning. " Author: Corwalch

Harry unable to tell lies ( similar to veritaserum challenge, older ( more Slytherin) Harry)

8. Deaged Harry sent to dursleys , dumbledore ignorant or trying to kill Harry? Ron, hermoine truce with Draco to rescue Harry - need Lucius to manipulate ministry. Call snape on life debt? Possibly after voldie dies?

9. Pettigrew life debt - after GOF does LV also get life debt as used flesh of servant ? how affect hp universe.

- possible blood link / heir by conquest used to control/understand LV - poss. Dark not evil or crazy harry

10. Soul doesn't die ( it's a soul, stupid -immortal!!) Harry keeps hold of it end of COS until next meet LV - end of GOF? Gives all!! of it back
- affect on Harry? Headaches, magic increase/decrease, memory, intelligence (LV supposed to be genius, rubs off on H?) etc
Equal to LV (have same amount of LV's soul? For a period of time)
-affect on LV getting back large pice of soul, affect of close proximity to H for long period?

11. Names important -Harry or Harold or harrison etc
- GOF contract
- hogwarts letter addressed to Harry /first meeting sorting hat mcgon. called out Harry
-can he call for resorting/ leave hogwarts
- secret identity in plain sight?
- vows, oaths etc. if uses name what happens if either name given is false (eg I Harry??? James potter swear on life/magic to you pseudonym (...really called ??? Unknown to all others) or vice versa

12. If basilisk poison killed? diary, then Harry's horcrux def. killed(?removed) when exposed to poison & Phoenix tears. Left with wisdom/knowledge (memories? Or not?) of Tom. See above - soul immortal, stay w/ H or join LV immediately.

13. Albus wants normal childhood for H, but then sends him home ordering him not to leave house or contact friends - even if disbelieving abuse, not definition of normal - why such hypocritical thinking - what if called on it. Poss. in front of witnesses/snape/school- may charge w/ child abuse???
- guards - OOP complacent or complicit of child abuse - possible to charge them?
- evil for sake of good still evil, good done in name of evil still good - never any excuse for child abuse.
- Albus headmaster not guardian, if has permission of Guardian, can visit friends, leave house, get job etc.

14. Dark magic not same as evil ( or insane) - must be balance - what if ministry is going against own charter by trying to bind/destroy dark magic.
-* Albus speaks of going dark, as if an actual event? Harry must not 'go dark' why not? - Magically able to go dark without becoming evil??

15. Albus's doodads and alarms collapse when Harry denies dursleys ever called home, not logical from Harry's point of view, what if doodads depends on what Albus believes he knows not on reality of actual wards. (eg. Family loves family, harry with family therefore is safe at home, Albus believes when stated Dursleys is not home wards will fall) What else is/could be affected?

16. Many fanfic talk about soul?bond actually having record in ministry. What if all bonds/ debts/oaths/vows recorded - poss. lost/forgotten spell/ potion/list - else all others would have checked

Get list of who owes H - eg snape life debt vow to albus listed. Ginny / weasleys debts. Dumbles knowingly put H in danger may also create bond. Does H owe debt to anyone? (Snape? Keeps saving life? Or is that part of snapes debt?) LV - does attempt murder create bonds. How to use? Tangles within tangles??
