Author has written 2 stories for Hetalia - Axis Powers. A Higgs Boson walks into a Catholic church. Somebody stops him and says, "I'm sorry, but we don't serve your kind here." The Higgs Boson says, "But, without me, you have no Mass." Hehe, get it? Not funny...? Eh... Sorry. How about this one? A man walks into a bar with a chunk of asphalt under his arm. The bartender asks him, "What can I get you?" The man replies, "Two drinks. One for me, and one for the road." Ba-dum-shh. Anyway, hello, all! I'm a twenty-year-old American language enthusiast who loves Hetalia, Fullmetal Alchemist, Sherlock, and most other things with a fandom. Nice to meet you! Most of my life is spent throwing chemicals together in chem lab, squinting at jarred specimens, procrastinating psychology homework, skipping through supermarkets with my college besties (haha) and seeing how many strangers' annoyed glances I can draw in one go. Also, my MBTI is ENFP (Extroverted iNtuitive Feeling Perceiving), which essentially means I'm always open to making friends, and I love talking to strangers. My primary pastime is writing fiction—mostly SciFi, with the occasional Fantasy or Adventure novel thrown in. Right now I'm working on a series I'm calling "Symbiosis," because I plan to base every book off of a type of symbiotic relationship. I'm character driven, which means writing fanfiction is a writing exercise in plot, or at least, that's what I tell myself. Still, I do my best. I love to research the medical aspects of my stories, and am somewhat versed in the subjects of biology, chemistry and anatomy, but you will rarely (if ever) find a historical accuracy in anything I write. That's all well and good, except for the fact that I am a Hetalia fangirl. Oh well. 仕方がない。 I don't do slash, or any shipping really (I ship awkward brOTPs, but that's another story entirely), and I probably won't ever write anything M-rated. Also, I don't use much language (sorry, those of you like my roommate) so my stuff might seem a little bland. Still, feel free to read through anything here (poorly written and riddled with feels that it may be) whenever you're in need of entertainment (or something). Also, I'm extremely interested in foreign language (especially Japanese—私のマイナーは日本語です) and I write in my spare time. Peculiar hobbies include researching the etymology of random words (I know way more about the evolution of the English language than a person should; ask me, please [bounces up and down]), playing D&D (well, Pathfinder, technically), skipping across campus listening to Indie or Pop music and enthusing about organic chemistry. If you need help with anything (I don't know what I could help you with, but still), feel free to ask! Colossians 3:23 -- "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men." |
